First I want to commend the staff most specially the caretakers, that made our stay tolerable. The odor in the room were awful we have to transfer to another room which is less awful . The smell most probably comes from the carpet , after years of neglect. The price is cheap but is not an excuse not to clean it.

Room condition 2/5. A lot of mosquitoes when we checked in and borrowed spray to get rid of it. Staff was not even bothered to assist. Staff service 1/5. We were misinformed on the pool as they told, they will clean and fill up the water, until we checked out - nothing happened. We are still waiting for our money change that they will send via transfer, still got deceived. Food - 1/5. We also checked out early because the hotel is not comfortable to stay. Experience overall - 0. Not recommended to stay.

Got a great deal at *********** - spacious, good location, adequate amenities. Sadly, only one person provided great service in this hotel, the rest of them couldn't be bothered. Jowo, I believe his name is, did everything he could to make our stay great. He was responsive, friendly and accommodating. He tried contacting the person in charge of the front desk and booking when we arrived, but she couldn't be found. See, I tried calling that person too (Charlene?), but couldn't be reached or a child would answer her phone. If it weren't for Jowo we would have has a horrible stay, so I want to make sure this business recognizes the good people that keep their business running well for their customers.
