I had a bit of a dilemma whether to give this property 5 stars. Because it is a business that deserves praise. The hotel is a seaside facility surrounded by greenery. It accepts guests over the age of 12. There is a pier. Umbrellas and sunbeds are sufficient and quite comfortable. The hotel's location, sea, view, garden layout, room comfort and cleanliness, etc. Everything is satisfactory. The staff is generally caring, helpful and friendly. It is very appreciated that they found a solution to an issue that I have never done as a travel lover (the confusion in the hotel reservation date, which was my fault), even though the hotel was not very available. So why did I give it 4 stars? There aren't many alternatives for dinner in the immediate vicinity. The hotel has its own restaurant and serves an à la carte menu. Food, service and service ***meat is good. Prices are above average. Breakfast is also served at the same place and a mixed breakfast is offered. The breakfast variety is plentiful, the meat is satisfying and sufficient. A breakfast buffet is prepared according to the number of people. The problem we had at breakfast was that although we said we would be three people, our son had not yet come to the table at that moment, so the breakfast was served for two people. So, hot products, eggs etc. It was served for two. Even though we said again that our son would also come, he was ignored. As a matter of fact, our son came to the table later, but of course, no additional product came to our table. In fact, the breakfast for two people served on the table was enough for all three of us, but the criticism here is that the customer declaration was not taken into account and it was perceived as such from my perspective as a Tripadvisor hotel inspector. One point has been deducted for this reason.
