Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Bell staff are great too. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping. Necessary items such as tissue were not replenished.

Let’s talk about the biggest surprise first: On the first night of my stay, when I was sleeping soundly in the middle of the night, a hotel staff suddenly broke into the room by swiping my card and I was kicked out. The customer service manager and security director each apologized and compensated for US$200 in hotel consumption. Matthew. What a great bartender. Went for happy hour. Must go. Great food. And great drinks. I’d recommend this to both travelers tourists and locals. Went on a date and we were very happy. Matthew even took photos of us by the mirrors. Was perfect

From the moment you step into the lobby you’re transported to paradise. The check in process was top notch, the room superb, grounds immaculate, beautiful beach and service is world class. All our experiences were beyond positive. Special shout out to Melisa and Juliet from the Mediterranean restaurant and Lentz who set us up at the beach. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return.
