The hotel has a beautiful design and the rooms are elegant and visually appealing. However, it lacks several essential features that greatly impact the quality of the stay. There is no air conditioning or fans in the rooms, and even opening the windows is not a practical option due to the lack of insect screens. And if you can tolerate the insects, the constant barking of dogs throughout the night—especially from the parking area—makes it nearly impossible to sleep. If you decide to rest during the day after a sleepless night, you’ll face another issue: the rooms do not have blackout curtains, so the sunlight pours in and makes it difficult to relax. In terms of entertainment, there are no children’s activities, no swimming pool, and no kids’ club or evening programs, which makes the stay quite dull, especially for families. While the design is charming, it’s clear that there’s a lot of room for improvement. There are alternative hotels in the area that offer the comfort and amenities we were hoping for.

I spent a week at the Rums Hotel Kokhta with my family. I am glad that we have such standards of service in Georgia. They don’t forget my sister's birthday.The hotel thanked us for our long vacation with a small gift. Special thanks to the restaurant staff.

Only for former CCCP Countries clients , absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Spaghetti aglio olio in the photo 😂 Security guy as Chuck Norris Reception guys are ok Really the worth Rooms hotel in Georgia, Its much bette to stay in a 80€ hotel, at last you know its will be terrible any way ,very much recommend that some of the personal will be medium educated

The worst service. Accepting food orders, after 2 hours, cancelling for unexplained reasons. We were waiting for soups on our hangover morning, and they asked us to pay a bill, but after 1.5 hours they cancelled our order because of some silly reasons. Why did they accept if they could not? We were asked when our soups would be ready and they were answering 2 mins, 5 mins and it appeared they did not even start cooking.

1. Bad English - stuff does not understand English very well also sometimes they pretend that they don't know Russian (maybe its discrimination towards Russian-speaking people) --＞ as a result its very difficult to explain specific needs because they don't understand english well; 2. Restaurant is cold so you should be in a coat all the time; 3. Restaurant hall is small, so in majority cases in the evening everything is busy during weekend; 4. The stuff is not good towards solo people: they asked to give place for a 7 people and asked to move me to another place. Why this stuff were not able to find another place for this people? Why I have to move somewhere if I paid equal price ?.... Why people can not sit together if you don't have enough space for everybody? Why I should pay for facilities which should be used by somebody else? .... 5. Rooms are according to the pictures, so its good top stay if you don't need to use hall and restaurant.

Rooms hotel in Georiga is the best in the country. We stayed at Rooms Kazbegi and Rooms Kokhta and this was the best experience ever. Highly recommended to stay and add it to your bucket list experience!

In Feb 2023 no pool\spa yet. I booked two identical rooms for same period and had to pay different rates for same rooms - price calculation is confusing and not transparent at all. Food and vine in restaurant is good, but this is true for most places in Georgia. Reception team did not informed us that road to hotel will be closed on our check out date - they just forgot. We had to wait for a bus with kid and luggage for half and hour. I assume that hotel management was aware that slopes are closed because of championship - why you did not informed your guest when they book hotel?
