Disappointed in all honesty. The room itself was as expected, nice design and very spacious. Housecleaning was below par as there was still rubbish on the floor after I had returned in the evening, 2 nights in a row. Had to wait a few minutes for the shower to get warm. No toothbrushes in the bathroom. Miscommunication between staff about payment which resulted in a very unnecessary late night phone call from the front desk. Further miscommunication about parcel delivery. One day it was brought straight to the room, the next day it was against hotel policy. Asked for help with luggage for check out, never came. Very far from the ritz experience.

I stayed here only for a night but it was one of the best stay in hotel I ever had. The room is so spacious, minimally decorated with modern design and clean. The bath tub is really big and can fit 2 person. All the staff I encountered were very nice and promptly answered my questions. The price is definitely high but its worth it

The Hilton hotel is situated in a great place which is close to every location. The service is great and the people at the front desk are kind and helpful

A wonderful hotel, with perfect service, clean, well-kept rooms, a very beautiful hotel both inside and outside, large rooms, but (!!!) the rooms are very uncomfortable, there are no shelves, hooks, hanging and nowhere to put clothes, I really hope this will be fixed, because otherwise the hotel is very good.

I enjoyed a comfortable 5-night stay at this hotel with my family. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and hospitable especially (Mr. Orkhan and Mr. Yunis), contributing to a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of options. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, great location, spacious room. There are a couple of points: the view of the residence is a view into the wall of the building, breakfast is from 9 to 11 and at 10:59 everything is already cleaned, this is the first time I’ve seen this

Everything was super. The breakfasts were excellent, open buffet and the menu was ***et crowded. The hotel staff was very attentive and never left us alone. The room was ***et large, the beds were clean and comfortable. There was only a little car noise in the rooms at the front. Very close to the city, I recommend it to everyone.

Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

The breakfast is rich in variety and the dishes are often changed. Every chef works conscientiously. They not only cook the dishes, but also pay attention to everything about the guests. When picking up the dishes, if you are not careful, the tongs will touch. Looking at the lighting above the dishes, the two chefs immediately adjusted the lights above the dishes. Among the breads, the croissant pie type is most recommended. It is freshly baked, crispy and very delicious. Of course, whole wheat and nut breads are also good. Mr. Murad from the restaurant also greeted us in Chinese, often came over to see what we needed, and then brought us hot coffee or tea. They are always paying attention to their guests and you can really feel their warm service. Regarding towels, mineral water, slippers, etc., call the front desk, and the handsome guy from the room service will bring them immediately, very fast.
