Perhaps the only thing I can find fault with is the coffee) But this is a country with a tea tradition, so coffee had to be introduced for tourists. Everything else suited me, and even more, I will definitely come back. The staff are all sweethearts. The location is awesome.

Excellent hotel, very convenient location - close to the old city. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. Friendly staff. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Baku.

We stayed at this hotel in Baku, the impressions were generally good, but not without downsides. We had a room on the 7th floor with a sea view - this is, perhaps, the main advantage. The view is gorgeous both during the day and in the evening. The renovation is fresh, everything is clean, you can't hear your neighbors - the soundproofing is good. We liked the breakfasts, there were always free tables, the choice is normal. Very convenient location: literally across the street there is a shopping center with a supermarket and shops - it helped. Now about the downsides. Twice at night the toilet cistern began to fill up by itself - quite noisy, we woke up. There is a lot of noise from the street: honking constantly, even at night, music, cars - we slept only with earplugs. The double-glazed windows do not particularly muffle the noise. Also in our room there was some strange handle on the glass (either a balcony door or a window) - we had to twist it any way we could to open and close it, very inconvenient. The electronic lock was also glitchy - it opened every other time, we had to change the card twice. And the shower products (gel, soap, shampoo) from the wall dispensers smelled unpleasant - neither I nor the rest of our company (there were four of us) liked it. In short - the hotel is ok if the view and location are important. But if you are sensitive to noise or are used to little things like good shower accessories, it is better to keep this in mind.

Excellent location, inside the old city, easily walk over to the top attractions inside the old city. Front desk staff is very friendly, give detail instructions on how to get into places we asked about. Hotel restaurant provide tasty food with big portion and inexpensive. We really enjoyed our stay there and strongly recommended this place.

The location of the hotel is divine - right in the Old City. Even if the hotel had some shortcomings, the location factor would completely cover them. A small minus was not always a large selection of dishes for breakfast - but again, this is not a huge disadvantage. We were absolutely delighted with our stay!

Overall the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful There was only an incident when checking in we were not given a twin but they replaced the king bed and gave 1 additional small bed .. ok never mind The incident that made me sad was my child fell because during breakfast he slipped because the staff was mopping and the water made my child fall We shouldn't have wet the floor when mopping and there was no warning sign to be careful of slippery floors My child couldn't get up for 20 minutes But fortunately he got better because he was immediately given an ice compress But so far this hotel is indeed the best location!

Good location. Friendly staff. They allowed us to check out 2 hours later without extra charge. The rooms are large, but on the top floor there are windows near the ceiling, i.e. a room without a view. Poor sound insulation, constant noise. Breakfast is quite simple, but the view of the city from the restaurant is good. Among them there are many Indians, representatives of the Middle East and local residents

Amazing stay , excellent service from the reception above above excellence ! ,The location is perfect everything is a walk a way ! Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel
