My review could be so much better. But bad things happened. My room was very clean, sleep was good, AC worked well, breakfast was simple and good, nice design! Only one big problem. They were always changing my room. It wasnt comfortable to always pack and unpack my things when I was paying for one room for whole stay. The biggest problem for me was when I came back after a long day and they told me that they moved my things to different room. Thats not normal! Touching my things without asking. TERRIBLE! This would not happen in civilized country. I dont recommend this hotel.

Бронировали отель через озон, на каникулы с двумя детьми. Отель написал что вместо забронированного большого номера дадут два в ту же цену. Ок, номера рядом нам норм. Лестница наверх и скудные завтраки не испортили впечатления, мы не капризные. Но в последнюю ночь около часа я проснулась оттого, что в отеле просто орали. Заехавшие иностранцы орали хором, включали на всю музыку, пели песни и громыхали дверями. Выйти я не могла, т.к. вещи остались в другом номере и будить своих я не хотела. Творилось все это до трех ночи примерно. Удивляет равнодушие персонала, ибо ощущение что шумевшим никто ничего не сказал. Плюс в 105 номере дико воняло сигаретным дымом, открыть окна тоже нельзя, т.к в 7 утра начинается очень громкое движение на улице - сигналят не прекращая. В этом номере в принципе другая вытяжка - в соседнем ничего такого нет. На утро муж высказал на ресепшн по поводу творившегося, на что ему ответили что смена ночью была другая и никто не в курсе. Даже не извинились. Это могли быть вполне 4-5 звезд за отзыв, но так нельзя обращаться с гостями.

Hotel very well located 600 meters from Praça da Liberdade. It is in an old building and has received a very pleasant and beautiful renovation. The breakfast was very good and in the evening I had a very tasty soup. The rooms are not big but good enough. There is no elevator, but they took our luggage up and down gently. The highlight is the friendliness and kindness of the entire team. I would come back.
