A great 5-star hotel in the old town of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan! The hotel is located in a prime location in the old town, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, and is within walking distance. The rooftop restaurant is super cool!

Good location. Friendly staff.
They allowed us to check out 2 hours later without extra charge.
The rooms are large, but on the top floor there are windows near the ceiling, i.e. a room without a view. Poor sound insulation, constant noise. Breakfast is quite simple, but the view of the city from the restaurant is good. Among them there are many Indians, representatives of the Middle East and local residents

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it is the best ever. Really nice and cozy. The location is great. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The restaurant with good cuisine and view of the city and flame towers.

Amazing location, one of the best, great rooms and room sizes, I booked suite, it's really great, great service too. Only negative is their Breakfast, it's no where for Indians.

Amazing location. Rooms nice and spacious. Staff friendly. Sona at the reception is super helpful. Nice heritage building. 5 stars. Room with a balcony facing Nizami street is worth it. On Nizami street walking distance to old town. Only in room dinning needs a little attention. Otherwise 5 stars

We had a fantastic experience at Sapphire City Hotel Baku! The warm hospitality, courteous staff, and well-maintained property made our trip truly enjoyable. Sona from the front desk stood out with her kindness and professionalism, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Located right in the heart of Nizami Street, the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. We strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Baku!

The stay was pretty ok but the front desk experience was harrowing in the way they dealt with us for some bookings for transportation. Would recommend to be clearer in your bookings terms with them to avoid surprises and bitter experience later. Overall good staff and eople and comfortable stay. The Executive Rooms were disappointing though compared to claims.
