The street is very bad and there maintenance of the payvment. You walk up 2 sets of stairs to reach the hotel . The room I got was good withe new furniture and carpet but the vow from the window is on demolish bulding which prevent seeing the outsid. The told me this is why you booked. There is no breakfast room. They bring the breakfast to your room. The location is very good. It is ok for the price

I had planned to visit my daughter in Baku, after 3 month without see her. I had a problem in China my fight was cancelled. Everything happened in August 25th and my book was to August 26th.
I request by Trip.com app to cancel but the hotel not answer and when I tried to contact them, they said me is then politic and will not refund ether rebook for other day
I'm so upset with this hotel. I rebook everything to next week, but I will never entry in this hotel anymore.

It's fine for a short stay, but don't expect breakfast. The floors here are high, and the second floor is equivalent to the third floor in China. It is recommended to stay in the ancient city, but the location here is also in the center, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the ancient city.

Arkadaşımla ekimin başlarında bu otelde oda rezerv yapmıştık. Açıkçası , gelmezden önce otelle ilgili beklentilerimiz çok büyüktü, bize iyi manzaralı, balkonu direkt Nizami caddesine açılan uygun fiyatta oda teklif etmişlerdi, fakat geldiğimizde büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Ayrıca odanın temizliği, rahatlığı ve otel içi koşullar çok kötü durumdaydı. Yatak çok sertti, sanki altına taş yığmışlardı da, öyle uyuyordun gece boyunca, duş başlığı ve sıcak su da sorun yaratan şeyler içindeydi. Reception çok kabaydı, bir şey istediğimizde yanaşmıyordu bile. En çok beğenmediğimiz detaylardan birisi de hotelde asansör bulunmayıp basamakların fazla uzun olmasıydı. Bu hakta da bizi bilgilendirmemişlerdi. Yaşlı çiftin bile bizim önümüzde çokca eziyetle otele çıkdığını gördük hatta, bu bavullarla ve ilave bagajla insan için fazla ağır.
