A wonderful hotel, with perfect service, clean, well-kept rooms, a very beautiful hotel both inside and outside, large rooms, but (!!!) the rooms are very uncomfortable, there are no shelves, hooks, hanging and nowhere to put clothes, I really hope this will be fixed, because otherwise the hotel is very good.

This is the first time I have experienced such poor service. It is not worthy of the Marriott brand. There is no toilet paper. I asked for paper and waited for an hour and a half. The sanitation was not cleaned during the day. The front desk service is even more outrageous. I bought four days of breakfast when I checked in, but there were problems every time I checked. It feels like they are always worried that the hotel guests are taking advantage of the hotel. There is really no trust.
