Отель имеет самое удачное расположение посередине между старым городом и вблизи пешеходной улицы. Рядом ресторан мариванна и сыроварня на вкуснейшие. В отеле персонал очень услужлив. Воды в номере была. Единственное что удручило это зал , для такого уровня отеля он крошечный и неудобный в подвале без окон.

We wrote in advance by email to agree on a paid early check-in. They said that there would be 2 birthdays during the stay. There was no answer. Upon arrival, they claimed that we had not written anything to them, then they found our letter. They could not even check us in an hour earlier, although the hotel was clearly not full. They charged us twice for the tax, although we had already paid it. During the stay, no compliments were given in honor of any of the birthdays, not even a small note. To summarize, the service for this level of the hotel leaves much to be desired. If you consider the room stock and infrastructure, then everything is good. The location is good.
