Потрясающее место, лучшая панорама!
Это просто потрясающее место! Нас заселили сразу же как мы приехали, несмотря на то что это было 5 утра! Номер очень просторный, чистый, большая мягкая кровать. Мини бар заполнен полностью, все за отдельную плату. Если что-то необходимо - вам сразу же это принесут. Очень приятная ухоженная территория отеля, красивый чистый бассейн (не подогревается, но в конце сентября я еще купался в нем), шикарнейшая панорама на город! очень приятно проводить вечера с бутылочкой вина и завораживающим видом. Завтраки не шведский стол, но очень достойные и с хорошей подачей. Персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы, мы чувствовали себя просто вип гостями! Менеджеру Аршату отдельное спасибо за уделенное внимание и время. На счет местоположения не переживайте - такси в любую точку города из отеля 1,7-2,5$. Я много путешествую и смело могу сказать, что это место заслуживает внимания.

Peaceful hotel with a unique identity/character
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location is amazing, nice view, cozy property, friendly staff. Food was great especially the dinner a la carte menu at the restaurant. The lobby decor, seating areas, and garden area were really nice. SPA experience was nice. Special thanks to Maryam, Xaver, and Svenja for making our stay more enjoyable.

Perfect for families
We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel tried to more than double the price of our stay one week before our arrival and then cancelled our reservation! Communication with the hotel was terrible, no answer to emails, miscommunication on messaging. Left us without accommodation, I can't recommend. Stay somewhere else!

Отель оставил положительные впечатления. Списались мы заранее, примерно за месяц и внесли предоплату. Отвечают оперативно, показали нам номера и фотографии. Когда мы заехали, можно было выбрать из нескольких номеров, нам достался очень красивый с видом на море, как мы и хотели. Внутри номера также все чисто, культурно. Отдельно отмечу комнату для хранения вещей и чемоданов, это очень удобно. Ванна просторная. Возможно, не хватает таких мелочей как стаканчик для щеток, подставка для мыла, шампунь, кондиционер, если мы говорим о сервисе 5* отеля, но это не существенно. Есть просторный балкон с лежаком (и какой-то привинченной к полу тумбой неясного назначения) и подсветкой. В комнате уборка каждый день, все меняют, чистят, все прекрасно. Персонал здесь заботится о вас на 100%, они внимательны к пожеланиям и стараются их выполнять. Подсказывают, общительные. Очень приятно. Не все хорошо знают русский, но в целом проблем нет, кто-то обязательно найдется. Персонал - это наверное, главное украшение отеля, до уборщиц и официантов здесь все очень настроены и дружелюбны.Музыку даже включали по нашему запросу :) Прекрасный бассейн, столики и беседки на природе. Есть спа с джакузи, саунами. Есть небольшая детская площадки и кресло-качели во дворе. Всё очень мило. По общему итогу смело могу рекомендовать этот отель для чудесного отдыха! Хочется вернуться, очень по нему скучаем! Спасибо ребятам!
