Ganz sicher keine 3-4 Sterne Großartiger freundlicher Service an Rezeption, Putzdienst gut. Zimmer mit muffigem Geruch. Tapeten lösen sich von der Wand ab. Kanalisations-Geruch in der Toilette. Extrem laute Musik am Pool über Tag, abends beim Essen hingegen tolle Livemusik, Service im Essensbereichen ganz ganz miserabel, sprechen kaum Englisch, laufen weg, wenn man sie auf Englisch anspricht. Man muss quasi darum betteln, bedient zu werden. Verschmutzter Strand. Keinerlei Auflage für die Poolliegen. Kaum vegetarisches Essen. Insgesamt alles sehr ernüchternd!

We stayed at this hotel from 07/06/2024 to 07/09/2024. I chose this hotel because I wanted to celebrate my anniversary in privacy by the sea. I booked and contacted the hotel administration in advance. The room was on the second floor overlooking the road. We didn't open the windows, but there was always a constant hum from the road. I don't know if it's good or bad that it faces the road, since the rooms overlooking the pool and the sea are where there are constant parties and celebrations (the hotel allows non-hotel guests onto the property, there are crowds of people by the pool, the sun loungers are positioned so tightly that it's impossible to get through, there's food and trash all around, the cleaners don't have time to clean up, but the restaurant is lucky - the waiters are running around, happy; the hotel restaurant holds celebrations on the hotel property - locals come in the evening, photo sessions are held, family celebrations are held, etc. until midnight.) The hotel looks nice on the outside, the beach is not very clean, although you can see that they're trying to clean it; breakfasts are served in the cafe in the main building: fruits, vegetables, eggs, omelette, porridge... that's the standard. In my opinion, you won't go hungry. The girl and the guy at the reception are like robots: they respond quickly to requests for a problem in the room, they smile tensely, there were problems in the main restaurant, here they disowned it, like the restaurant itself is on its own, and the hotel itself is on its own. Now the important thing, about the main restaurant, I can't help but warn those who are planning to visit this hotel. In the evening on the day of arrival, we wanted to have dinner on the territory by the pool in the main restaurant. The waiters quarreled among themselves, since each had their own tables for service, many visitors were not hotel guests, but since we were hotel guests and they were in a hopeless situation, they found a table for two. The menu was unfamiliar to us, the dishes were new, we asked the waitress (she introduced herself as Anya) to give recommendations. We were offered to take one dish for two: cheese (4 pieces on a plate), lyulya (2 pcs), lamb on the bone (2 pcs), one salad with cherries, a flatbread and a bottle of red wine Hillside. It was nice, sincere, I asked to additionally recommend a photographer for a photo shoot the next evening and to tell the price for the services. At the end of the evening, Anya brought a check for 83 manat and said that the photographer's services would cost 50 manat. We gave her 100 manat without change for a tip. Only in the room I went to the hotel website and compared the prices of the dishes that we tried and calculated the check, it was overstated by at least 25 manat. The next evening, the reception called and said that a photographer, a nice young man, was waiting for us. At the end of the 30-minute photo shoot, I asked how much money to give in advance or the whole amount at once and shock - the photo shoot cost 200 manat. Impressed by the previous evening, I told the young man that we had an agreement with Anna and she had voiced the price and that he should now resolve all issues with her. At the same time, we also approached Anna, since we had a table reserved for a festive dinner and I could not resist and told her about the service of the evening before (my habit of photographing dishes and receipts helped me a lot in this conversation). Nobody looks after the hotel, they only need money, the rooms have lived a long and difficult life, everything is shabby: furniture, plumbing (water flows in different directions from under the tray, you can’t get to the toilet), tables, and the floor is carpeted, it’s just awful, they say there is internet, but in fact there isn’t… I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone 👎
