Замечательный отель, были в нем второй раз и остались очень довольными! Номера просторные, светлые, удобные с выходом на балкон и с видом на город и море, удобные кровати и подушки, прекрасная шумоизоляция, вся техника и сам номер в хорошем состоянии, свежие халаты, полотенца, тапочки, регулярное пополнение одноразки: кофе,чай, шампуни, гели и т.д, большой плюс-это бутилированная вода в номере! Уборка каждый день- отдельное спасибо Aysel за приветливость и внимательность к нашим просьбам и качественную уборку. Ресторан с завтраками и сервисом очень порадовал-хороший выбор блюд и кофе. Чистый, открытый и большой бассейн, где приятно загорать. Ресепшин-отвечал на все вопросы и во всем помогал! Мы остались очень довольными! Спасибо за комфорт, чистоту и качество услуг! Рекомендуем!

Staff is indifferent, breakfast is poor

Çox möhtəşəm bir oteldir. Həqiqətən də qalmağa dəyər. Hər kəs üçün məsləhət görürəm. Qiymətlər gözlədiyimdən daha uyğun idi

Hotel konumu itibari ile çok iyi park sorunu yok gürültü yok odalardan ses gelmiyor temizlik muhteşem, Hotel personeli çok misafirperver ve her istediğiniz en kısa sürede geliyor, Kahvaltı çok iyi idi tüm personele teşekkür ediyoruz. Hotel genel müdürü Kemal beye ve satış pazarlama müdürü Gülnare hanıma ilgileri için ayrıca çok çok teşekkür ederiz.

The hotel is old, smoky, the plumbing is in terrible condition, the walls and floors are stained. When checking in, the receptionist swiped a $100 bill off the table with a deft movement of his hand and claimed that we gave him $400, not $500. After a short negotiation with him and mentioning a video camera above his head, as well as a request to call the hotel manager, our $100 was immediately found. The hotel manager, as an apology, offered breakfast, which was included in the price of the stay, and also brought a bottle of cheap wine and fruit to the room. When checking out, we asked to wake us up and order a taxi on time, none of this was done! When paying for our stay, we were not given change for 20 manat, they told us to pay an extra 4 manat and they would call us a taxi for that money, and they did so, but when we got off at the airport, it turned out that the hotel had not paid for the taxi, the hotel kept 24 manat for itself. The taxi driver contacted the hotel, but they told him that they knew nothing and hung up, by the way, this was the same manager as when we checked in (I am attaching a photo, since the employee did not have a name badge). They clean poorly, they pour shampoo into used jars, sometimes they only fill half of them. But at the same time, the cleaning lady asks in Azerbaijani to give her 10 stars for cleaning in the booking. The only adequate employee in the hotel is SAMIR, he works in the restaurant, but you can turn to him with any request and he will always help and do everything perfectly. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
