Our Flight got cancelled due to visa issues, we went to a different hotel called MAAJID HOTEL in old city,
Before yesterday we were here for 5 nights, after spending one night in maajid hotel we missed the amenities & luxuries we had in this hotel so early morning we decided to come back to AUSTIN HOTEL BAKU again because its in the heart of baku , every time whether its day or night you look outside the window, you see the world alive in nice dresses & good moods, i would say its the HILTON HOTEL OF VEGAS in Baku.
No scam at all but please book this hotel only through trip.com because trip.com get you half price, i came here personally to check the price for a room , they quoted me a $100 night which is reasonable but i opened trip.com app & found the same room price in just $50 a night then i try to book & its done in just 1 minute.

Very friendly staff
Staff is so good like they talk to you like they are your family members.
I am very impressed, i will visit this hotel again & again & again but only through trip.com

Отдыхали в Баку с подругой с 9 по 11 октября и 16 октября .(Совместили поездку в Баку с Тбилиси)Отель понравился.Чистые и просторные номера ,уборка каждый день.Прекрасный вид из окна Удобные кровати .В каждом номере есть набор для кофе/чая,чайник , вода в бутылках.Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.У нас был ранний вылет в Тбилиси в номер принесли lunchbox в дорогу.Воспользовались камерой хранения .При возвращении в отель были приятно удивлены ,что нас разместили в номер Svite, хотя у нас должен быть номер стандарт .Весь персонал отеля приветливый и отзывчивый.Реагируют на просьбы и обращения.При отъезде вызвали такси и донесли багаж до машины.Баку останется в нашем сердце,это город добрых и отзывчивых людей.

The Hotel is very good with great view and in the middle of Nizami street,you get everything just at walking distance. The staff is helpful especially Nigar (reception )was very helpful and kind 😀👍 she suggested us places to visit nearby. Overall we had a nice experience here.

good hotel good searve in the center we be there me and my wife we like this hotel the room vary good the serve in hotel vary nice they help us evrything we ask the cleaner do the gob vary good at the room one think is not relly good no lift we walk until floor 5 all the time up and down

Hotel location is good, comfortable stay. Issues...no lift, limited option in breakfast. Very cooperative staff. Good room service and house keeping. Good option. Top floor with balcony, must choose to stay. Avoid to opt hotel at Nizami street if cannot climb stairs. No lift allowed.
