The bathroom is disgusting, the drain smells, the room smells of damp. When the wind blows, a disgusting smell comes into the room. We smelled the room but it did not suppress it. The water was cut off in the area, although every business was informed, the hotel management did not inform them, they continued as if making fun of us, saying they will not come for 2 days, there is nothing they can do. I am not even talking about the lack of sound insulation. The sullenness of the people, and the lack of anyone you can communicate with, are on top of that. Found it to be a 1 star hotel on Google Maps. The location is great. But the carpet is old. Sound insulation is not good. Stayed for two nights. Don't stay on the 2nd floor, music is played downstairs at night. It won't stop until 11 o'clock. The breakfast lady was very nice. On the first day, I arrived early, and the guy at the front desk asked me if I had paid to check in early. I just kept my luggage and came to check in in the afternoon. There are many hotels nearby. This place is overall OK. The advantage is that there is a lot of space. Don’t expect too much for the price of around 200 yuan.

Hello. To my deep regret, we were not able to stay at this hotel. Due to the cancellation of the AZAL flight, we were not able to get to the hotel on the day of arrival and were not able to enjoy the views of beautiful Baku. Although the reservation was non-cancellable, we really hoped for a refund. (The hotel was paid in full from 12/28/2024 to 01/02/2025) The New Year was very overshadowed. The reservation was made through TRIP.COM. To our request for a refund, the aggregator replied that the hotel administration refused to enter into the situation and the reservation with a refund would not be canceled. The airline canceled the flight a day before and, of course, we could not get to the hotel in such a short time. This is how the New Year turned out. Special thanks to AZAL, they returned the money for non-refundable tickets within 3 days.
