Pretty basic 3 star hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Service is decent, breakfast is okay, but other stuff such as cleanliness is lacking. New towels I got had dirty spots, room power outlets are flakey, the room and bathroom design is weird. Ok

A wonderful hotel located in the old part of wonderful Baku.
From the metro to the hotel it is only 5 minutes on foot. Near the hotel there are all the necessary grocery stores, as well as a wide variety of cafes and restaurants.
Our room was huge - executive, with a balcony. The room has TV, telephone, coffee machine (which really didn’t work). Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body cream are provided in the bath. They also give you a washcloth.
Breakfast is a good buffet. There is always something to eat.
Very nice and polite staff, everyone speaks Russian. Cleaning and change of towels daily.
The only disappointment was that the hotel is located in a high multi-storey building, but the hotel itself is only on the first 3 floors :) so don’t expect a good view of the flame towers from your room :)
And everything is fine. I recommend.

Don’t ever come to this hotel again. The room service lady robbed my money 150 Azn. And when I reported it to reception lobby , they didn’t try to help at all. I couldn’t do much as I found out about the robbery in the night and had to checkout morning. I identified the lady who cleaned the room as well but all they had to say was “go to the police”, they didn’t even check cctv cameras. And only beef is served here as non veg , no options in veg at all and only chicken sausage and some boiled eggs for Indians, very bad service too, whatever we ask they blatantly reject your request by saying “sorry not possible”. Not at all recommended
