My husband and I stayed at the hotel for five nights. Our arrival experience was not very good, as the staff were not welcoming. The room was clean when we arrived on the first day; however, we were disappointed that during our five-night stay, they did not change our bed sheets, pillowcases, or blanket. The breakfast food could be improved; it was almost the same throughout our stay, although the taste was good. We chose the hotel knowing it was under the management of Wyndham, and our expectations were not met.

Overall good, front desk manager and other staff were cooperative. They let me check in early morning, otherwise I had to wait till afternoon for regular check in. In addition they offered me free Breakfast buffet at first day check in, breakfast fast was good but not many options, still good enough. Room was wide, clean and comfortable.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights and had a good experience. Location is good but rooms are not clean. Breakfast was ok and staff is very good and polite

The hotel is pathetic. No one listens to you. Even if you call them on telephone still they won't reach out to you. Inside room kettle doesn't work, fridge makes loud noises making your sleep difficult. Rooms are soggy and always smells like tobacco. Luckily we had booked for 1 day only.
