My husband and I stayed at the hotel for five nights. Our arrival experience was not very good, as the staff were not welcoming. The room was clean when we arrived on the first day; however, we were disappointed that during our five-night stay, they did not change our bed sheets, pillowcases, or blanket. The breakfast food could be improved; it was almost the same throughout our stay, although the taste was good. We chose the hotel knowing it was under the management of Wyndham, and our expectations were not met.

Overall good, front desk manager and other staff were cooperative. They let me check in early morning, otherwise I had to wait till afternoon for regular check in. In addition they offered me free Breakfast buffet at first day check in, breakfast fast was good but not many options, still good enough. Room was wide, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but since taxi fares are cheap, it can be preferred. The staff is very attentive, they try to help with everything. The breakfast is above average and satisfying. The rooms are a bit small but ok.

The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff.

In general, everything is good: a normal breakfast (yes, there is not enough variety if you stay for a long time, but I didn’t have time to experience it in a week), adequate room, wi-fi, excellent staff and price. The room was a little tired (a couple of stains on the carpet, a scratched cabinet), but everything in the bathroom was new + consumables were regularly updated and the main furniture was in excellent condition. The main disadvantage is the location: the bus stops that go from/to the center are close and run frequently, but to get to the stops you have to make your way through parked cars at services, car dealers and tire shops. As a result, I left for OT in the morning and returned by taxi.
