Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Our New Year’s stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. We booked 19 rooms, expecting a great experience, but instead faced poor service, security issues, and even theft. Money went missing from our rooms, and staff repeatedly entered without knocking. Management has been completely unresponsive to our complaints. This hotel is untrustworthy—stay elsewhere!

Very nice place and hotel. Live in upper floor. Very nice sight on Baku city. Restorant is on upper floors too with beautiful sight all around. Kind and professional staff. No dislikes. Liked everything. Beller take rooms in upper floors. There are nice sight to Baku city. Elevators work ok.

The condition of the hotel is a bit on a cheap side. Sheets had holes. Toilet paper was missing in the restaurant and lobby bathroom In Baku generally toilet paper is hard to find in toilets unless you eating in fancy restaurants. The chef was outstanding and treated us as vip guests. On our last day he prepared breakfast just for us and serve as gourmet dish. Thank you Yuma for your amazing and warm service to us.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Altstadt und die Promenade liegen in erweiterter Laufentfernung. Die große Metrostation 28 May ist etwa 700 m entfernt. Das Zimmer, nach hinten raus, war groß und ruhig. Alles war sauber und funktionierte. Das wifi war meistens sehr gut und es gab ausreichend Steckdosen. Die beworbene Bar mit schöner Aussicht war geschlossen und auch das Restaurant nur für das Frühstück geöffnet. Dieses war ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

Hotel anticuado. Desde que entras ni hay rampa para las maletas. Las habitaciones con moqueta, su estado de limpieza deja un poco que desear. El baño es minimo. Ni hay sitio para dejar la bolsa de aseo. El inodoro metido debajo del radiodor. Se oye el ruido de la calle. El desayuno segun el dia, faltan cosas. La cama es buena, pero no hay luces ni enchufes en los dos lados.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect – centrally situated, allowing us to explore the city on foot with ease. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast experience, thanks to the talented executive chef, Yuri. His culinary skills truly elevated our mornings, and his personalized touch made each breakfast a memorable one. We looked forward to starting our day with his delicious creations, which set a positive tone for the rest of our adventures. Overall, our experience at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of its prime location, cleanliness, and the exceptional service provided by Chef Yuri made our stay truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

It is a good hotel. Nice location. Good and friendly people. They gave us a good room. We stayed for 6 days. Initial days wifi issue was there but we bought local sim card, so nothing much to worry. The hotel is very good. I recommended it. Next time when we come we will stay.

It has well equipped Rooms at the upper stores/ breakfastroom / skybar you will have a fantastic view about the bay. Beds are very comfortable. I had a fridge, safetybox, tv, watercooker. Very good bath. But the best is the breakfast. Big choice of cold and warm dishes. Huge choice of excellent cakes/cookis which the chef freshly prepared every day. Food very jummy. In the evening you could sit in the skybar and enjoy different wines, beers and spirits ... including view to the flame towers :D Thank you to the staff for the unforgettable stay.
