Начну свой отзыв с положительного, тк этого немного
1. Потрясающий спортзал , действительно классный с классным оборудованием. Правда не знаю насколько это важно для остальных гостей.
Теперь перейдем к минусам, тк гостиница позиционирует себя как 5 звезд и имеет высокий ценник, по факту более ужасного сервиса не встречали нигде и никогда.
1. Началось все с бассейна , который оказался очень маленький и лежаков не хватает абсолютно всем в часы пик, плюс эта алчная гостиница продает пропуск всем желающим за 60 манат и в часы пик в итоге мы загорали на стульчиках , тк за лежак нужно было драться.
2. Персонал бассейна - абсолютно бесполезные люди, они вообще никак не регулируют потоки людей , очереди на лежаки творится лютый хаус. Да им даже принести меню лень , за 5 дней мы все думали , что кто-то подойдет , но нет им абсолютно все равно.
3. Завтраки - очень средние для 5 звезд. Но самое ужасное, что придя утром мы слушали наставления какой-то управляющей , говорить что нормального кофе (эспрессо , латте и тд) нет , тк им приспичило почистить кофе машину , никто не утрудил себя прийти пораньше и подготовиться. В итоге пили растворимый кофе в лучших традициях.
4. Вид из отеля - наверно шикарный , если бы кто-то помыл окна, мы были 4 ночи , никто их не мыл , все в ужасных разводах.
5. Сервис - началось все со стойки регистрации, никто не говорит, что на каком этаже, где завтрак и тд, просто какая-то база и ту не делают. Позже оказалось, что минибар он же холодильник закрыт тк мы не внесли депозит, но его никто и не предлагал. В 11 вечера попытались позвонить и попросить открыть минибар, в итоге человека к нам даже не послали, пропали продукты отелю в целом все равно, они просто перестали отвечать.
На следующий день попросил лед и штопор - ждали полтора часа и с 2 звонка донесли.
6.душ в номере не сливал воду - всегда купаешься в луже
7. Спа - тут отзыв супруги, что 320 манат за поглаживания и баню это дорого и оч плохо.
Результат: визитная карточка Баку - вы худший отель, который мы когда либо посещали, такого отношения к гостям мы не видели нигде. Никогда вас не рекомендуем и везде напишем негативный отзыв тк вы испортили наши 4 дня в Баку.

Отличный отель, расположенный в башнях – визитной карточке Баку. Из окон открывается прекрасный вид на море и город. Сами номера очень чистые и уютные. Завтрак отличный. Мне также очень понравилось расположение. Несмотря на то, что он находится на холме, туда без проблем можно добраться на фуникулере (хотя он ходит каждые 15 минут) или на такси. У подножия холма находится старый город – до него можно дойти пешком за 15 минут по лестнице через парк. В целом, я очень доволен, что остановился именно здесь.

We are very appreciated to the remarkable staff, Mr. Nurlan for making this stay so memorable. After our sleepless night of a long flight, he provided us the breakfast with coupon, the food is very delicious. Especially after stay awake all night long because the long night flight, the breakfast wake us and let us recharge for the day. We also had snacks time and free dinner, it was fantastic. All of the staffs are very kind and friendly. I want to say, thank you truly from my heart that your help made a new nice memory :)

The whole hotel staff has a poor sense of service! They all look like they are being bullied! The breakfast is terrible! The wifi is laggy, and the TV can't even load! The rooms are also very old, and the cleaning is even more outrageous. They hardly tidy up the rooms, and only change the sheets after leaving a tip, and don't change the slippers. There are only 4 bottles of water! No one answers the phone! Coming here is like owing them money! You're asking for trouble!
