We took a suite with a bath, which is not guaranteed, but it was confirmed at the reception upon check-in. The price, as it turned out upon check-in, included, in addition to breakfast, dinner and coffee with cakes in the lobby. But the main thing, of course, is the view - absolutely breathtaking. Part of the lighting in the room did not work, but they quickly tried to fix it. I recommend at least for one night for sure, a landmark place in Baku, which is absolutely 100% worth your money. I would like to separately note the work of the reception, very polite and courteous, everything as it should be for this money, no worse than in 5 stars in Singapore :). Except for the breakfast, there was nothing I was dissatisfied with about this hotel. It was quite helpful. The taxi drivers in this country are quite rip-offs if you don't book online. In the end, the boss of the car rental partner of this hotel sent me to the airport, and I made a friend. I especially want to say that I didn't withdraw cash, and only paid by card at the SPA. Hava (I forgot her name) from the SPA took special care of me because I had a cold. I was very touched and went to get a bag of small Chinese gifts for her. As a result, when I flew to Uzbekistan, the hotel called me, and everything I said was formatted in the elevator.

Because the big agents have taken all the rooms! So if you want to book the most basic room type (suitable for a family of four on the first night in Baku), you can only book it through an agent on Ctrip. In addition to the big agents who have them in hand, there are also Indian tour groups, and the chances of booking it from the official website are slim. The location of the hotel is great. If you don't watch the Olympic flame, the main attractions can be reached on foot (the old town, the seaside avenue, the shopping center, etc.). If you go to the TV tower for dinner, you can take a Bolt to the top of the mountain in less than ten minutes. Booking a room really needs to be done from a big platform. One minute ago, my local friend told me that all room types were sold out, and the next minute I booked it on Ctrip, and confirmed it again through Ctrip customer service, and it was indeed booked! I have to say that Ctrip's service and competitiveness are really strong! The hotel itself is modernly decorated. The staff speaks limited English, but you can see that they are trying to learn how to serve in English because a large number of Indian tourists have come! (Yes, not Chinese tourists). Check-in and check-out times are flexible, and one hour earlier/later is negotiable. The hotel will recommend a family package for 125AZN, which includes an afternoon tea, a coffee in the lounge, breakfast and dinner. If you have just landed and don't know where to eat, or really don't want to think too much, then you can't go wrong by buying this package. The hotel's famous outdoor swimming pool is currently closed because the wind is too strong and it is estimated that it will not be open in the short term. I didn't go to the spa and gym because I was too tired after a day of driving. The food is quite exquisite, and I especially like the various European breads for afternoon tea and breakfast (I found out that the full price of afternoon tea is 45AZN per person). The water here is a bit less. There are only two bottles of exquisite Issey Miyake Water of Life glass bottles in the room. If you are a big water drinker, it is really not enough. Fortunately, breakfast and dinner are also filled with glass bottles of water, and you don't have to pay extra, so take this opportunity to drink it. When it comes to service, the English is really not good. When checking in, the guy said that dinner starts at 10pm, which scared me. All other times may be wrong, please confirm repeatedly or go to check. There is no signal on the TV in the room. The signal did not come after waiting for a long time. There is no exhaust fan in their bathroom. It is very stuffy after taking a shower and it is easy to feel embarrassed after going to the toilet. Good place: The toiletries are La Lebo and Rose31, which seem to be specially ordered for the hotel. I took all the soaps and used small bottles to store bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. Chinese women who are frugal and housekeeping!
