I liked this hotel. It is important to consider that it is inexpensive + you can see from the photos that the renovation is not the newest. There is excellent, friendly staff who can help with everything. Even open the door in a taxi 😅 I especially want to highlight the manager Rafael, who even showed a city map and told us where to go. The bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. The room had everything we needed: towels, consumables, water, a tropical shower. They also brought a kettle. If something is missing, they will help. Cleaning every day. The heating is super. But don't expect too much, the bathroom in the standard rooms is also a bit tired in appearance, there was 1 socket in the room. But the hotel is being renovated and the superior rooms already have new bathrooms, as you can see in the photos on the trip. The location is good: a safe area, there is a VTB ATM and a large shopping center near the nearest metro station. I give it a 5 for the price/quality ratio)

We stayed for 1 month and It was a great experience to be in Safran Hotel. The management is very kind and cooperative. The manager is always there to help out. Breakfast is amazingly healthy. Baku is really mesmerizing. Highly recommend, do visit 👍

The property was quite okay only that it is a little far from the public commuter services (bus and Metro). I also checked out on 23rd instead of 24th November, I hope some consideration of refund will be made. Thank you

Прибывал в отеле в сентябре 2024 года в период проведения Формулы 1. Очень хороший отель в Баку с отзывчивыми работниками, которые помогут не только с трансфером, но и подробно расскажут как ориентироваться в городе. В номерах чисто и уютно, просторно, есть вода, чайник. Завтраки хорошие, чтобы начать день. Расположен недалеко от станции Gənclik, где за пару минут можно обменять валюту, купить сим-карту, проездной на транспорт. P.s.: Çox sağol Рафаэлю за помощь и советы.
