古城中間，可以去逛逛古城，房間安靜乾淨。我們預訂的家庭房，其實是兩個房間，有一個門。三層沒有電梯，比較古樸，但是總體還是比較舒服。早餐相對比較近簡單。

Great location in the old city. The managers are attentive, they met us. The terrace is amazing with wine and a view of the night Baku!

Отель расположен в тихом и спокойном районе старого города, по соседству с полицией и посольством. Рядом все достопримечательности, в 3-5 минутах ходьбы. Так же рядом метро и переход на набережную, где расположены музей ковра, хрустальный зал, маленькая Венеция, и тд Небольшой, уютный, под присмотром настоящего шефа , управляющего, Анара. Выражаем ему наше признание, все проблемы решались легко, помощь в посещении туристических мест, обмена валюты, выбор ресторана , покупка сувениров, найти смузи для вегетарианца, даже бронь номера без предоплаты - никаких не решённых вопросов! Анар умеет работать с людьми, всегда галантен и учтив, спасибо большое! В отеле 16 номеров, есть отличная lounge зона на первом этаже отеля, где можно попить кофе, пообщаться в компании. Здесь же утром проходят завтраки, есть большой выбор сладостей к чаю и кофе . В номере чисто, уютно, есть банные принадлежности, одноразовые тапочки,сейф, чайный набор. Персонал отеля относится очень тепло и радужно, ночной администратор Али помог и организовал доставку позднего ужина в отель, был очень внимателен к нам, большая благодарность! Рекомендую для посетителей, кто ищет где хорошо провести свой отпуск, не сомневайтесь - в отеле Dastan вы будете самым любимым гостем).

A mini-hotel with 16 rooms in the heart of the Old City in Baku. The renovation differs from the 3D projects on many websites, it would be more honest to remove them and leave only real photos of the hotel, as the differences are significant. The bathroom was small and strange: a half-window, water from the shower gets on the floor, no door, it smelled of sewage. But I do not judge strictly, this is a historical building, it happens. The renovation was done very sloppily. Super dirty windows in the hotel. Breakfasts are small, but acceptable. Oatmeal is cooked well. They start late, from 09:00. The room had a column in the middle of the room, which divided the room and interfered with walking, with a view of the wall (I was booked with a beautiful view). At the same time, half the room was empty, no table with a chair, no ottoman (fortunately, upon request, they brought a shabby chair and table, better than nothing, but it should not be like this). But, as I understand it, I was lucky with the room, not the worst option. There are bath accessories, soap, gel, toothbrush, but they are cheap. In general, the hotel has potential, but it is neglected, lacks a master's hand, everything can be fixed, and it will be good and beautiful. Pros: excellent location, good wi-fi, nice lobby design, and it would be good in the rooms if they worked on them a little, redid something, replaced something. Cons: slapdash repair, the hotel is not kept clean and tidy, hard mattresses, late breakfast, no coffee machine, discrepancy between the beautiful pictures of the rooms on the Internet and reality.
