We stayed here for 4 days with my family booking two rooms while the property is amazing and staff is courteous , on first day of our check in we found the one lady who seemed like manager to be quite ride. Our credit card payment was not going through for one room though we already paid for other room and the way she talked to us seemed quite rude specially. Otherwise is recommended and would stay again but the people on front desk need a some training

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they work hard for your every need, the breakfast is excellent, the chefs make all the special meals you request, the restaurant is open 24 hours a day and there is room service at all times, by the way, Aysun, who works in the restaurant, is the best employee in my opinion, my regards to her from here... everything was very, very nice, Iris Hotel Baku is one of the hotels I will go to again...

Great new hotel. Great location to all the sights of Baku. Good varied breakfasts. Rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again on our next visits.

the bathroom had little bottle of shower gel and shampoo and small soap bar. Upon checking with cleaning lady trolley, it was full of necessary vanity products which they did not put in our bathroom. when checking our early morning, we were victimised & harassed by the Manager who asked us to pay extra, this was disgraceful. Will never recommend this hotel

It was first time my stay in this property. All is good , especially breakfast. Chief cooked for me omelet very well. His name is Faig. I really liked this property. Definitely I will stay again in this hotel and recommend to everyone. Also I want to mention rooms are very clean and tidy

Very friendly and helpful staff, ready to help in any situation. Excellent location, all attractions are within walking distance, close to the metro. Nice, clean rooms, perfect for relaxing after long walks. The restaurant is open 24 hours, the food is good, the dishes are beautifully presented.

Very good choice. Conveniently located close to underground stations. Very friendly staff: from the concierge to the restaurant to the reception. Food: fresh, tasty, healthy (5 points out of 5). Safe and minifridge in the room. Very clean. Great maintenance level. Great internet connection. Simply great.

First of all, the kindness and attention of the hotel staff is excellent. They helped with transfer from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast is open buffet and has a lot of variety. They are very meticulous about cleanliness. It is a great advantage that the hotel is close to the metro station. We thank you for the wonderful week we had.
