The hotel is rated 4 stars, but the actual quality is not as good as domestic express hotels. The bed is very bad, don't even think about hygiene, many facilities are broken, breakfast is negligible, management ability is also negligible, the shower room is very small, and the slippers are very thin!

Staff didn't provide the amenities, after argue they provide after three days. I stayed there almost 10 days. My first filght been cancelled and i tried to take with hotel to change my booking but they didn't.
I don't recommend to anyone to stay there better to stay in city center.

When I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.

I booked the same room again and stayed there for half a month. It was so comfortable to drink wine and smoke cigarettes on the balcony with a sea view.
