Hotel Amarabati

I have booked super deluxe room with bathtub and ac. The rooms were pretty clean, food was also good especially the fish. Location of the hotel is on the main road, but parking is an issue as space is really short. The available water in the washroom is not clean enough and appears reddish. Also, the housekeeping and service staff were very cordial and well behaved, but the guys sitting in the reception are irritating as their behaviour is not like a hotelier, it seems that the reception guys/front office guys didn't like the fact that tourists have boarded their hotel, neither they were interested in assisting the guests. Lastly the tv was not working as no recharge was done.

Acommodation was good. Night lamp was cut, they fixed it when called. It would be a good guesture if a complimentary breakfast is provided as is usual in govt and reputed guest houses. Otherwise everything was ok. We enjoyed the trip and stay at amarabati bakkhali.

Although its was a good stay. Pool and food was good and the person who serves the food is very helpful. Rooms need to be clean and should be standard at this budget.

No soap or shampoo was provided. The swimming pool timing was odd. 12 to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm. One was suppose to get in hotel by 10:30pm. Why is there a in time like a hostel? no glasses was provided in the room, only an empty jug was given, yet while checking out, a staff called to ask if i have seen the glasses! rest was not bad, hotel was clean, staffs are good.

The hospitality at Hotel Amarabati is exceptional. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Bed Room and Bathroom also neat and clean. The service is consistently great, and we always feel at home."unforgettable experience!"Go to Amarabati without thinking anything.

Very bad service and food quality is very bad, brackfast is not sufficient and charge 600 its too high.
