Pros:
Good location 3 minutes to the Montones beach, easy check in/out, air conditioned.
Cons:
No smoke or carbon monoxide detector.
"According to the 2018 Puerto Rico Fire Code, smoke detectors are required in all residential occupancies (Group R) and must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) standards, meaning at least one smoke detector should be placed inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area,"

They should leave cleaning products such as broom, mop .. comunication should be more personal.

Steer clear. This place is substandard.
If there was a way to give negative stars, I would give them.
This property made it a huge hassle to check in and then they pestered me with rude emails asking if I wanted to check out early and asking me for more money to stay an extra half hour.
They were a very poor guest experience overall.

Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available.
Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger.
We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Mucho dinero pobre servicio. Solo se pde disfrutar l día, entras a las 4 y sales 11:am y la empleada ya está para recoger llaves.. Sr Franco prepotente. Solo le importa el $ no el huesped.
