盲選的酒店，非常滿意，硬件服務都好。陳慧服務態度好，細心，儘量滿足我們的各種需求，贊一個！冬釣真的可以釣到不少魚喔，現場就能烤的，哈哈。酒店送的各個項目體驗都不錯，早餐超乎預期的好，種類很豐富，點菜的話餐廳炒菜量大實惠且美味😄

2大1小天然温泉: 室外温泉可以體驗到冰火九重天哈哈
陳帥服務特別貼心！
酒店位置僻靜。如果想離商業街近一些的話，這家酒店可能不是首選

過年的長白山絕對爆火，各種酒店爆滿，看到點評説觀嵐的温泉不錯，就定了這家。入住之後感覺還是很舒適的，房間很大，乾淨衞生，酒店的温泉開到晚上九點，室內和室外湯池都有，帶孩子泡起來非常方便，還有下午茶、私人影院、雪圈娛樂都可以提前預約，酒店工作人員於伶珊提前對接，走的時候還給了伴手禮，服務貼心。

服務管家於伶珊服務很好，從入住前就開始聯繫，我們高鐵到達後發現到酒店要開車兩個小時，春節期間，出租車都不願意接單，臨時聯繫於管家，馬上就幫我們找到了包車，非常及時有幫助，後來對我們入住期間一切問題都能第一時間提供幫助，非常感謝。酒店温度很好，就是物品較少，前台比較不熱情，辦理入住一句交流都沒有，給她身份證，她給你房卡，結束。後來WIFI密碼、早餐在幾樓都是額外再打電話問的。

這是一次極其差的入住體驗，酒店方多次溝通讓我不要給差評，不要評論，可以郵寄禮品和給予補償，但是我還是覺得評論出來，不要讓外省的旅客踩坑比較好。首先預訂的時候我通過高德同程預訂金額為604元，打電話過去，酒店説沒有看到訂單，讓我退了，用攜程預訂，結果攜程金額為700多，想着無所謂了，朋友説ZF接待都在這裏，應該不會差，現在回想，同程不是看不到訂單，而是價格太低了有意不讓預訂。其次是入住後的下午茶，我通知是三點送到房間，三點二十才到，我此行目的是接機，時間有點緊張。再次，就是温泉，温泉內設施老舊，拖鞋應該是我見過長白山温泉最差的了，泡温泉的時候旁邊三個工作人員在打掃衞生，嘰嘰喳喳一直説話，具體可見圖片，自己腦補。再次就是房間內設施，地板嘎吱的響，馬桶亂晃，浴室燈脱落，到處都看不出七百多的價值，我想就這還做ZF接待？東北的領導要求真低。哈哈！南方北方住了太多的酒店了，也是很多酒店的會員，很難有酒店讓我寫這麼多評論，觀嵐做到了。據本地朋友説是因為ZF接管後下滑嚴重，原來個人老闆做的時候還是不錯的。最後，希望我的評論對外來的旅客有一定幫助，不要因為一家酒店影響了對東北，對長白山的的第一印象，我的家鄉白山還是很好的。另外奉勸酒店方，不要再試圖聯繫我，或者通過其他什麼方式打擾我，否則我第一時間報警處理。
