It was a good stay! We got a free upgrade to a bigger cottage. The front desk staff seemed to be cold at first but he actually was super nice and helped us to find a very reliable driver for the rest of our trip. 另外想感谢李胜兰和张凤兰，退房的时候我以为要顾的行李太多了所以把我的包包不小心留在房间里。幸好工作人员们及时给我打电话让我回去拿，不然我连证件都没有了！

第二次入住了，住宿特別滿意，房間乾淨整潔。前台陳經理還給我們升級了房間，特別棒！最值得稱讚的是一個多月前住了一次，電動牙刷落下了，這次入住抱着試試的心態問了打掃房間的阿姨們，居然她們還記得，還給我留着呢，失而復得，太讚了。服務人員太用心了。三個阿姨，點贊👍🏻。

遠道而來，衝著環境選擇了這裏，環境很不錯，森林木屋的感覺很到位，古城廣場有很多衹貓貓，可可愛愛，我們是一家三口帶着狗子來的，允許帶狗子是選擇他的原因之一，屋內滿滿的木質感，上下兩層兩個大床房，衞生還可以，設施有損壞的地方，一樓洗澡的不流水，吹風的設備不吹風，不過影響不大，一樓不熱，二樓大太陽天曬得温度稍微高一些，都在二樓洗的澡。吃飯的地方，古城就一家飯店，早餐也是在那裡吃，基本上除了去景區的飯，其他的飯都在那吃了😹~最後還是蠻推薦這裏的，如果不是非常挑剔衞生和設施精緻的~

服務：態度好，有問題很積極主動幫忙解決。
環境：一流，天然氧吧，而且房間全木結構。可以免費遊覽整個古城。
衞生：不是很好，沒有一次性浴巾毛巾，這個價位的酒店不應該。
設施：因為是淡季吧，很多屋內設備設施都不維護不好用。

酒店園區裏都是一棟一棟的小木屋，私密性非常好 定的房間內還有一台麻將機可以打發時間 前台的服務非常好 還幫忙訂到了更划算的温泉票 酒店真的很讓人驚喜 不輸萬達度假區和魯能度假區 如果單純的來長白山旅行的話完全可以入住這家酒店

設施：客廳、房間沒有紙巾，衹有廁所配有
衞生：還可以的，挺乾淨
環境：環境沒得説，非常好，雪夠厚的
服務：最差，沒有更差。前台男士真的沒有服務可言，説話**到不行。沒有服務意識，我覺得他才是客人，故此給的最低分的就是服務。
早餐:簡簡單單，別期望太高

長白山西坡附近，酒店在古城景區內，服務熱情，環境超級贊，雪中一棟棟小木屋很有感覺，室內設施齊全，暖氣足，每個房間還貼心弄了油汀，酒店旁邊有一個娛雪樂園，玩一下很ok

酒店坐落在古城裡麪，大門左邊是客服中心，右邊是當地吃鐵鍋燉的餐廳，和住宿的入口，有行李的需要拖行李走一段路，整體風景還是可以的，但是酒店的房間熱暖完全不足，房間裏是可以，大廳因為是中空的，而且沒有地暖，全程靠熱吹風機，晚上特別冷，不能在廳裏停留，而且有個很奇怪的事情，晚上二樓房間打開被子居然有一灘水，有點驚嚇，找不出原因，幸好是套房，有兩個房間，最後睡一樓，住一晚體驗一下沒問題的，早餐是包子雞蛋，住完拍拍照就走了。
