GGuest UserThe room is really clean. If you are worried about hygiene when going out, you can choose here directly. The bedding is also very comfortable! Breakfast is great👍👍👍👍! There is even freshly ground coffee! If you don’t live in Wanda, this must be your first choice! There is also a small ski resort at the foot of the mountain where you can go skiing. For someone like me who is not a professional and just wants to experience it, it is completely satisfactory.
The lady boss is very nice! Very gentle too! I am also in business, and I can really tell if I treat my customers with care! The west slope is still not as prosperous as the north slope. I believe that with the development here in a few years, the boss's business will definitely get better and better!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.
Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Holiday Inn Express was quite polite; they even called a day ahead to confirm my preferences. I just mentioned I'd like a room with a decent view, and they promised to arrange a mountain view room for me. However, during check-in, they seemed to use someone else's phone number. And upon reaching the room, it turned out to be a 'non-typical' mountain view – literally just a dirt slope right outside the window. I could glance over and see that the rooms next door likely had what I'd consider a proper mountain view. Honestly, that pre-arrival call felt utterly pointless. The room itself was typical Holiday Inn Express business-traveler style. While expected, I genuinely couldn't give it a good review. While Wanda's benefits should have been accessible, my enthusiasm quickly waned when asking the front desk about the shuttle bus – the only answer was consistently 'wait on the main road.' For those willing to do their own research, this place might offer good value for money. But for a lazy weekend warrior like me, a resort like Huamei, which provides all the necessary information upfront, is far more suitable.

Our butler also responded to messages instantly. The outdoor dining area at Momopark in the evening was very enjoyable. However, the main restaurant was a letdown. The variety was limited, and the breakfast options were identical every morning. Meat choices were scarce, with barely any ham (just one type of bacon), and no yogurt was offered. Freshly cooked scrambled eggs were unavailable, and the coffee machine couldn't even make lattes. Forks weren't provided, with staff explaining it was a ”Chinese buffet.” The few forks in the children's section were always empty. It felt as though the attentive service was completely undermined by the poor dining experience. The mini-train closed too early, and the amenities offered one less slide compared to JinHua.

The great thing about Jin Hua is its excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, arcade games, and a mahjong room. This means even on a rainy day, you won't be bored or stuck with nothing to do.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was up to par.
Environment: The hotel is located right next to the ski resort, which in summer transforms into lush green meadows. It's essentially the closest hotel to all the recreational facilities within the park.
Service: Excellent. Our dedicated service staff, Jason Sui, proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat even before our arrival. She promptly responded to all our inquiries regarding park services and updates on Tianchi Lake's opening status. Thanks to her helpful updates and good wishes, we managed to witness the stunning Tianchi Lake, even after it had been closed for three consecutive days.

AAnonymous UserBringing my child to the Swiss Hotel during the summer vacation was an incredibly smart decision. Right after checking in, we connected with our butler, Andy, on WeChat, and he was always quick to answer any questions. Our building was perfectly situated near the commercial street, making getting around super convenient, with a 24-hour supermarket just outside our door. The hotel offered so many complimentary activities we couldn't try them all! The UTV off-roading and the suspension bridge were definitely the highlights. With several kids' playgrounds, my child enthusiastically declared it the best hotel she's ever stayed at. Plenty of hotel shuttle buses meant we never had to wait long. Evenings featured spectacular molten iron shows and bonfire parties – now *that's* truly the way to kick off a vacation! The summer evening temperatures in Changbai Mountain were perfectly comfortable; I was initially worried about it being cold, but that wasn't an issue at all. A huge thank you again to Andy for his excellent service! 👍

【Breakfast】
1-Both Chinese and Western styles are available. The basic breakfast dishes are complete. It's not luxurious, but the key is that the taste is not fussy, and they are all delicious. Breakfast is very important for skiers! Vegetables, meat, porridge, noodles, rice, bread, coffee, fruit... I eat one meal in the morning, which can last the whole day.

Value for money: In the scenic area, the price is quite suitable, and the portion is moderate and large. It is really too much for 2 people to eat. Just go into this store and have a look, but the food is delicious and affordable, which can keep people. When you go out to eat, it's up to you to decide how much you want to spend. The store also has hard dishes that cost about 100 yuan. You can order them according to your wallet. [Skiing]
1-The ski resort is not big. It is very friendly to beginners, and there are good routes for intermediate players to practice. Advanced players may find the black trails less exciting, but fortunately, the park props are well designed, and the forest trails are great after snow. I skied for two days and still felt unsatisfied. It's small but beautiful.
2-If conditions permit, go to the Costin ski equipment hall to borrow a board. The style is more advanced, the quality is better, and it's newer. The only drawback is that you need to return to Costin to return the board. I didn't study to go to Costin to try my luck and see the board until the third day, but I didn't use a good quality board until the third day. Hate it, I was angry about weight gain for the past two days.
3-Why do you say this? I borrowed 5 women's snowboards in the ski equipment hall of the ski town. The serrations on the bindings of 4 boards were rounded and could not be hooked. Breakfast was also good. My only minor quibbles would be that some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It would have been even better if the TV was a smart TV (like Xiaomi) with access to TV series, and a night light was missing. Otherwise, no major complaints. Although the complimentary perks largely covered what was offered, my 65-year-old parents, despite being quite active, found many activities unsuitable and might have gotten a little bored.
