I have stayed at the Wyndham Baise Resort a few times during the past couple of years. This past week I stayed two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff delivered a cake and card to my room, which was a sweet surprise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who can speak English if you need it. We enjoy eating at the restaurant on the first floor which has a variety of good food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a pool and a sauna that we use every time we go. I love the view of the city and river from the window. A mall and some restaurants are in walking distance.

I also booked this hotel after reading hotel reviews. It has been open for several years but is well maintained. The carpet in the room is also newly replaced. The room is a good size and the mattress is very comfortable and helps with sleep! Let me fall asleep quickly! The mineral water in the hotel is free to use. 酒店周圍環境很好，房間樓層高寬敞明亮，隔音很好，高大落地窗.房間物品擺放整齊規範，衞生做得乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，都睡得很舒服，房間沒有其他異味，設施設備齊全很新，房間配有沙發辦公區域，有免費提供的凌雲白毫茶包小茶具提供，洗漱用品質量很好，洗浴用品量足，熱水量大温度合適洗澡特別的舒服，吹風機質量很好，使用很方便，吹乾很迅速頭髮又不毛，晚上有暖氣提供，晚上有服務員送湯圓甜品到房間，小冰箱裏面有芬達雪碧餅乾提供，酒店早餐好吃，品種豐富食材都是新鮮的，紅薯玉米味道很甜，精緻糕點中餐炒菜味道很好，擺盤也特別精緻，樓下停車也是免費的，當時退房了走得急把小孩的玩具丟在房間了，沒有得帶走，後面工作人員主動聯繫到我，又返回領取很有責任心。性價比很高的一家酒店，酒店位置俱很好找，離高速出口也不遠很方便，推薦入住。
