房間咋樣我就不説了，這服務態度簡直無語，一個服務行業，對外的服務人員態度傲慢至極！
我訂房同事去住，我作為下單付錢的人，沒權利申請開票？
打電話過去本着大家友好協商的情況下，我問想開發票，可以加哪個微信申請，這女的倒好，接連質問我，退房了嗎？（沒退房我會找你開票？）叫什麼名字？你是不是入住人？我報入住人名字，主打一個耳背，一共就三個字，我報了四五遍她也聽不明白，最後乾脆不問了，跟我來句讓入住人聯繫我們開票！我請問呢？我付的錢，訂單在我的手機上，我沒權利要發票？最後問我要身份證，我問為什麼要身份證？我下單的時候又沒有填身份證！有姓名，有金額，有訂單截圖，查不到入住情況？我申請不了發票？
這女的最後就反覆問我那入住人是誰，我一直説！哎我到想問，你都聽不明白我説的姓名，那你問我幹嘛呢？
真是刷新我的認知，大概我沒見過世面，付錢的人都不能申請發票？那如果我定了幾個房間，是不是要讓所有入住人一個個打電話給你們開票？

今天上午這前台相當不錯，笑咪咪的，有問必答，可惜不知道工號多少，建議酒店給予最高獎勵，咋天晚上7點左右的前台服務態度差遠了，沒可比性，另房間太小，就不吐槽了。
