因為親子出行，我特意提前訂的高級江景大床房，但期間沒有任何通知告知當天房間內設的空調使用不了！晚上我本人到店登記入住，前台也沒有告知！就這麼浪費耽誤了我退訂換其他有暖氣的酒店的時間！讓我們衹能悶聲住着！大冬天的帶着孩子，花着266的錢住了一晚冷房間，甚至不敢給孩子洗澡！早上孩子也因此小感冒！房間設施可以，但是服務態度還是好好提升吧！本來出行就是圖個舒適，沒想到卻是花錢買罪受

住得很舒服，衞生什麼的都不錯，酒店整體裝修豪華大氣，但能看出還是比較舊了，唯一的缺點就是浴室浴缸水龍頭是壞的，水非常小，也不熱
