-NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONECALLS ON RECEPTION -ON THE RECEPTION DESK ITS NEVER SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO HELP OR TO ANSWER QUESTIONS -ON THE FLOOR, THE ROOM MAIDS ARE NOT PROFESIONAL, THEY DONT CHANGE TOWELLS OR SHEETS, NO HOOVER, THEY JUST EMPTY THE RABISH BIN -ON THE RESTAURANT ON BREACKFAST THE PRICES ITS MORE EXPENSIVE THEN ANY BIG CITY (BUTTER 1 €/PIECE, GEM 1€/PIECE,BREAD 1€/2 SLICES)

Treatment is worth every penny !!! [ RECOMMWNDED!] TOP OF THE BEST YOU WOULD GET IN THE WHOLE SPA CENTRES in Herculane !! Staff are exceptionally helpful and always doing their best! Management … awfully selfish & never available (rather ruthless!) Prices are above&beyond Country’s Economic stage !!
