Hotel President

This is rated a 4 star hotel , accomodation is wonderful room in general is 4 star , also clean I liked the pools ,the indoor pool , they have an aquapark and 3 outdoors pools and one indoor. I m am introvert and I liked the indoor pool because I was alone . The pools have thermal water I didnt like the food in general it is cheep with a bad chef for a romanian 4 star hotel food is bad and greasy and lack of variation.

Nice termal water, good pools. And thats it. Good hotel, but extremly crowded despite of relatively poor services, not quite 4 stars at all, but bearable. But the restaurant, despite of being built and organized for four stars is max two stars. Basic self service food-court or company cafeteria style ( all you can eat style), no or poor services, cheap drinks, same meal for lunch and dinner, less that 3 stars hotel breakfast. I am a returning client of the hotel, almost every year for 15 years now, but this one very easy could be my last one. Not even in the Covid period have I found this small disaster in their 4 star restaurant. If you came all inclussive style, you have very few options for meal, basicly just the self service. In the attached foto you can see a dead crane fly which lays for three days on the entrance door of my hotel room. I wonder how will be their services in their five star hotel just started to build....

An "Aquapark" with miserable and crowded pools. They called it "Aquapark" but it is actually a pool with small pools for treatment. The hotel is rated 4 stars but is worth a maximum of 3. Breakfast… pathetic buffet with the cheapest possible products. At lunch and dinner they have the option of all inclusive… but far from what this concept means. In 2022, they do not have signal and internet coverage in certain areas, especially in swimming pools.
