Black Forest is beautiful but don’t expect a real five star experience here. Even for German standards the service is very poor in a way that the staff is always right and the customer is always wrong. Wrong information given at check-in resulted in not being able to use wellness facilities, Overall it’s a shame they don’t even seem to try to train the staff to communicate with guests, resulting in global 3-star service at 5-star prices. Small room overlooking a parking lot didn’t make things better yet service can always save the hardware but here they actually sink the ship. Management nowhere to be foubd found (they have all gone home now) and low level staff simply being aggressive. Regret coming here and would recommend others to choose more wisely as there are fabulous places in the area.

Chambre avec très bon matelas et coussins, très propre y compris les sanitaires. Un vrai grand espace Wellness pour tous les goûts. Situation un peu isolée. Cuisine bonne et locale mais sans surprise. Bref, un bel endroit pour se détendre.

Hat mit einem fünf Sterne plus Hotel nichts zu tun. Zimmer müssten mal renoviert werden. Nicht immer wieder neue dazu machen. Frühstück wie in einer Kantine bei Mercedes. Oh ich möchte die Kantine vom Mercedes nicht beleidigen.Das Essen war drei Tage gut dann ging der Koch wohl in Urlaub. So hat es dann auch geschmeckt

Es fehlen Annehmlichkeiten wie jemand der ständig für Valletparking da ist oder ein Concierge, das gehört normalerweise zu einem 5* superior Hotel. Service mittelmässig aber Spabereich gross und schön?
