El lugar en si es espectacular. El trato de todo el personal es increíble, muy amables y correctos, a destacar el recepcionista Amit por su trato gentil y por su inmensa ayuda en todo. La habitación es preciosa, completamente equipada y con unas vistas al mar de ensueño. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel.

Beautiful, eco friendly resort with lush gardens, quiet surroundings and ocean front. Each bungalow was very spacious, equipped with AirCon, which was a huge plus considering the hot climate, One point, which stood out was the remarkable friendliness of the staff, always welcoming, smiling - this made us feel very comfortable, appreciated - almost like being at home. Amit, the MOD, always approachable and was extremely helpful in all matters and arranging a brilliant taxi guide Reine for us, who took us all around the island. 3 very special staff members from the F&B were Mahez, Valerio and Chef Nuwan - the 3 of them took such a warmly care of us, fulfilled any culinary wish and were always ready to cheer up our day. There has not been any day, we stayed 4 days, of non-smiling. We would like to thank the entire resort team for the great holiday and would like to recommend this resort for future bookings,

Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit einem Taxi oder Mietauto nur 5min vom Ferry-Hafen entfernt. Die Lage am Meer ist jedoch sehr schön und ruhig. Das Personal, allen voran Amit, bemühen sich sehr und der Service ist aussergewöhnlich gut. Man braucht sich um nichts zu sorgen.

Amit is an exceptional front office manager who truly elevated my vacation experience. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and always easy to reach. His flawless connections with local travel companies made our one-day excursions smooth and memorable. What really stood out was how he went out of his way to ensure everything was better than perfect always a step ahead in anticipating our needs. His wife, equally wonderful, is a true artist when it comes to housekeeping; together, they make sure your stay is as comfortable as it gets. Meeting Amit was pure luck, and thanks to him, our stay and every outing were hassle-free and thoroughly enjoyable.

Bellissimo chalet con vista sul mare, silenzioso, con privacy, con un ottimo servizio. Abbiamo anche cenato x le due sere che siamo rimasti ottimamente…hanno anche esaudito la mia richiesta di apparecchiare il tavolo bordo piscina, a lume di candela! Insomma consiglio vivamente questa location.

Si vous souhaitez un emplacement empreint de sérénité, de nature et de personnel bienveillant alors n hésitez pas une seule seconde. J ai rarement rencontré dans mes voyages de personnel aussi compétant et souriant. Le tout sur un grand terrain arboré apaisant une fois de retour a l hotel. Mon logement faisait face a la baie qui enchante des le matin, merci a Valencio, amit, mahesh et les autres pour cet excellent travail ainsi que sur les propositions de visites et locations de voitures... Parfait !

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à cet hôtel. Il est important de souligner la gentillesse et l'hospitalité des personnels sur place, très avenants et sympathiques. En revanche nous sommes très déçus de cet hôtel. Les infrastructures communes, et notamment la piscine et la terrasse, sont vieillissants et mériteraient une rénovation. Le wifi est uniquement disponible à la réception de l'hôtel (ainsi qu'à l'espace lounge d'accueil). Impossible d'accéder au wifi depuis la chambre. Depuis la terrasse/ piscine la connexion était très faible et peu voire pas du tout fonctionnelle. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, en revanche il est impossible de maintenir l'électricité dans la chambre lorsque l'on sort de celle ci. Ceci est vraiment dommage puisque le réfrigérateur s'arrête et qu'il n'est donc pas possible de garder des denrées au frais. De manière générale l'infrastructure (les communs) est peu chaleureuse et impersonnelle. Cela méritait un effort sur la décoration ainsi que que l'éclairage. Dès la tombée de la nuit tout est très sombre et peu accueillant. C'est l'hôtel le plus cher que nous avons réservé lors de notre séjour au Seychelles et finalement c'était le moins qualitatif (hormis le personnel).
