Coorg Green Farm Resort

We were 4 adult and 2 kids, and paid Rs 33000 for 2 night for 2 Non AC Deluxe cottages (breakfast and Dinner included). I found its not worth at all. Of course I went during last week of December but regret my stay. I would like to mention Pros and Cons. Pros: 1. Location is good If you want to stay in Kushal nagar. hardly 700m from main road. 2. Staff is good and ready to help. 3. Swimming pool is good. Cons: 1. Check-in process took more than 1 hr despite i was the only guest during that time and I called them 3 hr before reaching to resort . Reservation was done 1 week before with direct booking. Reception Staff were talking with each other in some confusing faces which made me worry if room is available or not. I asked them and they started to show me the selectively rooms only. 4 rooms they showed me and every room having damp smell. I asked them to provide rooms without smell. They said "sir these are the only available, and we can do the spray for the smell". Look like I made the wrong decision. As having no choice because advance is already paid, had to stay in these room only. 2. Bathroom also stink. There hot and cold water mixing combination also very strange. It takes approx 10 min to start hot water if you open the tap. I felt like DJ while operating these tap mixing. :) 3. Room wall, bed and furniture looks very old and not maintained at all. 4. TV size surprised me. Its 18 or 22 inch I think. 5. Now come to food. Not found any taste. Dal was like hospital dal. One night, only mushroom and dal was the only curry option in dinner. Other night they added paneer also. If you are Veg you might find it difficult in food. Non veg having multiple options. 6. They having timing rules for dinner which 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM. We reached there by sharp 8:30 PM, and found it will take 30 more min to start. I am surprised why they start dinner so late at 9:00 considering kids might find it very late and pain full. 7. In indoor games, TT table having broken net. You can not find TT ball as previous guest might be throwing it at some random place. There is no staff to maintain these. In short I found this place not worth at all.
