El hotel está muy bien equipado, las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas y está muy limpio. Tienen servicio de lavandería, lo cual se agradece por la humedad de la zona y el precio es el mismo que el de la lavandería del pueblo. El bar/restaurante tiene todo muy rico, son super amables y facilitan todo lo que necesitas. Además nos ofrecieron ir a la isla del caño y nos organizaron todo el tour en cuestión de horas. En definitiva, una muy buena opción.

We spent a most wonderful “family of 6”vacation in the million dollar view family bungalow at Casa Gitana! We are so glad we came in the green season, the low season, as the weather was still very nice (rain only at night during our stay) and it was so much easier to organize last minute tours with the kids and enjoy all the incredible natural wonders almost all alone with our guides. Edith and Jonathan know everything you need to know and help you wherever they can, absolutely marvellous hosts. If you love food, check out their delicious dishes. We spent a dream vacation at Casa Gitana. We would give 10 stars if we could.

I really enjoyed staying at Casa Gitana. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was great for a very hot February. I'm a vegetarian and those eating possibilities are available at the restaurant, you just have to ask. I had the best veggie burrito I've ever had. The owner is a local, has been in the hotel business for years and knows a lot of people who can assist with tours, can schedule taxi service and other things. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but I find that true of most people I've encountered in Costa Rica.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und liegen in einer kleinen Gartenanlage. Zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten mit einem eigenen Zugang. Gratis Parkmöglichkeiten virhanden. Gutes Wifi auch im Zimmer. Vom Resort werden auch Touren angeboten und Jonathan war sehr bemüht uns noch kurzfristig einen Ausflug in die Mangroven am Sierpe River zu verschaffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Un alojamiento en el cual te hacen sentir como en casa. La habitación muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Tienen un restaurante que se come muy bien, el chef es encantador y muy atento. Tanto Jonhatan como su esposa son muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario. Tienen acceso a una playa que puedes ver bonitos atardeceres. No uséis la aplicación de Google Maps para llegar, mejor que se utilice Waze.

Llegamos el 11 -12-23 , desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir cómodos , tanto Jonathan como su esposa ( creo) , la habitación cómoda y limpia . También tienen restaurante , buena comida , el cheff, creo que se llama Martín, muy bueno y por supuesto también muy amigable . De bebida no dejen de probar el Daikiri de mango o de maracuya...

Good hotel stay for peace lovers outside of the town. They have clean rooms, a/c and wifi. Johnathan was very helpful with some change of schedules and transportation. On the other hand, they are expensive and hard to transit to and from the town.

Klein familie hotel, met zeer schone kamers en een goed bed. De heer des huizes is een goede kok en ook gids, alles bij elkaar een nooit totaalpakketje dus. Honden Drake, Tapir en Isla houden je gezelschap. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een tocht in corcovado NP.

Heerlijke stek om meerdere dagen te verblijven, weg van “het centrum” met eigen strandje waar de boot ook komt. Het team van Jonnathan doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Vooral Greivin . Wij hebben de snorkeltour naar Caño eiland gedaan en de dagtour naar Sirena. Veel dieren gezien! Zelf hebben we ook de Drake Trail gelopen. Mooie route langs alle strandjes. Wij kregen na 1 nacht voor de resterende 3 nachten kamer 4, een mooie ruime kamer waar we heel blij mee waren. Kortom zeker een aanrader wanneer je naar Drake Bay komt.
