Our first stop in Costa Rica for five days and the pictures reflect the beauty of the property! the guest servers manager, Nancy , made the trip for us as she coordinated car rental and dinners as well as ATV tours or anything you needed ! A great mid price range property with stellar service ! The plunge pool made the end of the day even more relaxing We even met one of the owners and learned more about the property! Thanks for a great experience !

Staff very friendly and helpful, peaceful setting, wonderful views from room, dining area and the pool, which was great! Place in ceiling where there has been a leak needs to be addressed due to what appears to be mold, but overall this was a wonderful restorative stay and we hope to return!

Todo el servicio fue estupendo, la pasamos genial, un ambiente espectacular… Un hotel muy acogedor y el contacto con la naturaleza nos gustó demasiado! El tener la opción de ducharse junto a la naturaleza fue muy relajante y nos permitió conectar con la naturaleza! Cuidan muchísimo el medio ambiente y para nosotros eso es fundamental.

Lovely wooden lodges with balconies for bird watching. Great views from the infinity pool. The Costa Rican breakfast was the best we had on our trip - very nicely cooked. A short drive to Uvita but nice and quiet. Road up was quite steep - glad we had a 4 by 4.

Tikki Villas exceeded my expectations. What a beautiful place where the jungle meets the beach. Nancy the concierge was so helpful and arranged all of our excursions and transportation. We did not rent a car and the resort is about a 15 minute drive from Uvita. The beach is a short walk and it is perfect for swimming and relaxing. It was not very crowded at all. The hill is quite steep on the way back to the resort. There is a restaurant on site and the breakfast was delicious. There are several great choices to choose from on the menu for breakfast. From my balcony all you could hear were the sounds of the jungle. We did get massages in our rooms and they were fabulous. The staff was so helpful and I will always remember this incredible trip.

TikiVillas is a beautiful location where you can hear the sounds of the jungle while hearing the crashes of the waves at the same time. Our experience there was magical, and greatly appreciated the assistance of the Guest Services Manager, Nancy Castro who was knowledgeable about the area and local adventures to go on.

5 out of 5 rating . We hosted our company offsite at Tiki Villas for 9 executives and it was amazing. The staff service and accommodations were perfect. From AV plugins and TV for company presentations and custom food & beverage menus made our company offsite complete.

Pros: Situated in the centre of a rainforest. Private cabins. Excellent restaurant . Beautiful view. Con’s: Rooms in desperate need of a Reno everything is old and worn and doesn’t seem 100% clean. Strong raw sewage smell in our room. Old toiletries not labelled we had no idea what was shampoo or body wash ? They claim there pos system isn’t working and try to get you to pay cash. Giant cockroaches in room so I was terrified the whole time . This is not an Eco/lodge or even remotely any kind of sustainably designed utopia. Tiki Villas are simply some OK cabins up on a hill that were built 20 years ago. They are in dire need of a renovation. How is a twenty plus year business not able to handle Credit card transactions.? That is their whole business model. Tourists are travelling from their homes thousand of miles away and then being told at check in that their POS system is not working but they do take cash… Haha!
