I was happy overall with my stay here. The airport shuttle was reliable, the staff were responsive, the hot water worked, and things were clean. The price was also good. WiFi went out the two nights we were there, but I brought my portable WiFi. Also, breakfast was basic, but it was enough. The continental breakfast includes plenty. I only ordered french fries as an evening snack, so I can’t speak to the lunch and dinner menu. Special kudos to the staff for taking good care of us.

Impressed on my short visit with a colleague by the general efficiency of the hotel staff, all staff were very friendly and genuinely happy to assist. Our rooms were clean and comfortable; bathrooms have hot water. We fell in love with the Qwanta fir fir!-great Macchiato too. Location ideal for Airport and Lake Tana. I would definitely recommend Lakemark Hotel and plan to stay there again. Thank you to the Management and Staff. Atsedemariam.A.
