I frequently staying at this property when travelling to Bintulu, mostly is the location nearby the town area and convenient access to the shopping mall by just walking. Location was good, but the cleanliness need to improve a little bit. Got blood stain inside comforter. ( already ask to change comforter but then I realised they only change outer pieces of comforter not the comforter . The blood stain was inside comforter) . Overall was good . Staff were friendly and helpful .

The hotel has a beautiful view and a swimming pool. However, you can only look at the beach and not go there, as there are crocodiles and cobras nearby. The cleaning is average, which may be the case for all Malaysian hotels. They can't speak Chinese, and they are not very friendly to Chinese people. The price booked by locals is quite different from ours
