The hotel was good, the breakfast buffet was good but our room wasnβt sound Proof. We could hear the noise yelling from downstairs at night. We couldnβt sleep.

This is our first time with Microtel by Wyndham Baguio. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my family, we had an incredible experience. The area and room are clean, the lobby smells wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also good, the taste, servings, and selection were acceptable. The Wi-Fi is okay, but sometimes it's cutting in and out (we stayed on the lower ground). But one thing made this hotel superb is the people. The staff from the front desk are professional, reliable, and courteous. The housekeepers greet you with a smile, even the security guards are hospitable. The location was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Keep it up π

Overall the hotel accommodation was very good, except that since we were at the lower floor, we could hear the incessant barking of the neighbor's dog. It would be good also to have a safe for valuables and a microwave to heat food considering that the city gets quite cold especially at night.

Best value for the space. Stayed here with friends years ago. Came back with family. Air conditioned room good for 5 adults and 1 infant. Upon entering the room, looks it had it shares of fun times already. But once the lights are open and blinds are up and Aircon is open the room feels more homey. They have ample parking space but best to get to park out the lobby. Basement parking is quite cramped and also stinks of cigarette even if there were a bunch of no smoking sign. The hallway also sometime smells like cigarettes. Initially was informed that breakfast was plated but it was buffet breakfast. Breakfast had cereals, chicken soup on both days, two kinds of rice, 3 kinds of viands, diy salad and two kinds of fruits. Coffee, hot chocolate, juice and water. Everything was edible but not that good. π location is also good since baguio has number coding on weekdays. Having ascending part of session road closed was a bit hassle but easy to go around. Beds were comfy, restroom was clean enough. Elevator in hotel is not working 24 hours unless you have bags need to be lifted. Overall nice stay. Budget and comfort was hit π―

Been checking in here regularly since November for business purposes. This is actually a good hotel specially for a quick fix for a back to back meeting or a long days work. Rooms are clean and necessary sanitary protocols are intact specially being a rooms division manager and working in the industry for almost 12 years i can personally attest that they are maintaining cleanliness on their rooms... Wifi is good though you need to re log in every 5 min of down time,,, though again its good when in use... overall this hotel is really qualified for a 3-4 star review... unfortunately they hired a someone that pulls them down... a rotten apple mixed with good ones... their front office agent named βLYNβ made our stay here terrible specially when shes on duty.. (We are having a pleasant stay though when shes on day off or areadly off duty) Take note that we are staying on this property for 5 or more times per month. At first meeting, she even mentioned they dont accept card transaction, as mentioned i told her that im a rooms div manager and i can see a credit card terminal, even offered to teach her how to use it. And yes!!! Its confirmed that she really doesnβt know how to use one. Next is fro a simple request for a simple shampoo, borrowing of extra slippers, all this request are all being denied by this front office agent named LYN... Oh did i forget to mention that its hard to contact the front desk when shes on duty on graveyard? Again we are exactly on point shes sleeping on duty!!! I just dont get the point why does lyn always ask for my id when checking in well in fact all of her colleagues does not do this as im already on their records,,, maybe she also doesnβt know to use the system... lastly we ordered food outside as their resto is close... ever since it is being directly delivered by their staff after the food is being handed to the fo... I dont know if her stupidity struck again and just decided to ask me to go down and pick it up even lying that she only has the guard with him,, after mentioning to her that its always being delivered here on our room, then instantly one of the hk guys gave it with all respect.. To the general manager of this eurotel property, maam / sir, this agent will pull your property down. I really hope that necessary actions will be done. I also understand that maybe she is just hired recently and lack of training is not given due to the pandemic. But being a seasoned hotelier, this type of attitudes are usually untrainable already specially for someone working upfront.. I guess we already know what im suggesting. The guy front office supervisor is someone to commend though adding the new hk male attendant,,,actually all of the staff except Lyn...again a rotten apple on a set of good ones.. π

Had the best time staying with Inn Rocio. Very cozy and homey vibes all over the place. Me & my family loved the breakfast and their restaurant La Parilla. Also, the receptionist was kind enough to give us late checkout. You actually donβt need a fan or aircon in the room as it is already freezing cold because of the Baguio weather. Just wanted to suggest maybe have some additional amenities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner etc. Also, bidet in the bathrooms. But all in all, our stay was awesome and definitely worth it. Will be back again for sure!

Baguio Burnham Suites may not be the fanciest hotel - rooms are a bit old (although quite generous in size) and amenities are basic, but it has one of the friendliest and attentive personnel. My aunt had a medical emergency, front desk and security were quick to respond and helped get us to the hospital quick. All our requests were promptly attended to. We felt taken cared of.

Vista de Pino in Baguio is an outstanding transient accommodation. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking view of the pine trees surrounding the property. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and ensured that all my needs were met. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to popular attractions and the city center. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the cool weather. Overall, my stay at Vista de Pino was beyond satisfactory, and I highly recommend it for a memorable experience in Baguio.

Uphill has a nice location close to most attractions, there's free secured parking and a great open feeling in the lobby and restaurant with nice views as well from the restaurant. The staff was friendly and it was very clean and modern with free Netflix on the TV. Breakfast was excellent. I don't know what the rest of the rooms are like, but ours....... Lets just say it was more like a small inside cabin on a cruise ship. There was only one tiny window that overlooked a drainage ditch and had no screen, so we couldn't keep it open because mosquitoes were coming in. There was no aircon so the room was quite hot in the evening and any sound from the lobby seemed like it was right in the room with us. If you stay here make sure you get a room with a window, or even better a room with a view.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is a boutique hotel and the theme/concept is good and has its appeal. We arrive after lunch and was told to wait for available rooms. No exact time was given but the girl at the reception was guessing around 3 which is beyond the standard 2 pm check in time.We waited by the reception area. After an hour I notice a newcomer who was able to check in so I went to the front desk about our room. The girl at the reception looked at me bewildered and ask me my name and seems at a lost. Another girl took over and after going through some papers, told us that we had a room. I wondered what would have happened if I didnt ask about it and just waited for them to approach us.
The room is ample sized with an overhead fan which was working well. The beds are comfortable. There was only 1 pillow though which was small. I immediatedly called the reception for additional pillow explaining that I had a medical condition that needed me to be elevated while sleeping. The receptionist says that she will get back to me but doubted there was anything available since they had full occupancy. The girl never got back to me. There was a study table at the corner of the room with access to power supply. There was no AC but this is Baguio so it doesnt matter. THere was no ref. THere was a water boiler but no coffee or tea packs which is chargeable. The bathroom is ample and functions well. Water pressure is strong. There was a pad and a pencil at the side table but the pencil is all worn out. (not sharpened)
Breakfast was at the 6th floor of the hotel. It was light and airy with a good view of the city. Choices were not much but food was good with an egg station, a salad bar and bread area. It was serviced buffet. Coffee was self serve and located in a corner of the room. One negative note here is that the sugar and creamer were served in bowls with teaspoons for customer to use. It would been more hygienic if they were in packets. Isnt there a covid protocol regarding this?
The physical structure (rooms. function rooms. coffee shop) were quite good and as mentioned appealing. However, service is really poor. From the check in part of our stay, to not getting back to me on my request, to breakfast service where the clean ups were done sloppily, much can be improved on. Our hotels have always been distinguished by good service and hospitality and sadly Orchard is pretty off the chart.
GGuest UserI was quite surprised that this is just along the hiway. We only took a jeepney and it has a lot of restaurants, other services near the place as its 5 min walk to session road and SM. The lobby was clean and the place is a old house facade but modern in the inside and the staff were friendly. They had Filipino and American breakfast and a good menu option for lunch. We both chose kare2 and I liked their meatball pasta. Not the typical tomato sauce. From the taste it is peeled tomatos. The only thing that I was surprised of was the room given to us since it was just almost right in front of the front desk. It's good because I can easily go to the lobby. Good thing that the Wi-Fi is strong enough to access my accounts. I only chose the Standard room because it was just the 2 of us and it was just a quick stay. The room itself was clean, the shower and faucet's heater were both working fine but no complimentary toothbrush and thootpaste. Restaurant is amazing and has a garden. The TV is Android with Netflix but you put your account but has a cable too. I can say that we had a good stay. Cleanliness and customer service are still two of my priorities when it comes to staycations. Thank you see you again soon.
LLizaEverything is good, breakfast, halo-halo is the best! Reception staff Jessa is very accomodating as well as the rest. Nurse Jay-Ar is excellent in taking our blood pressure, taking & retaking again after finding out that we 4 seniors have high BP. He even gave me paracetamol to lessen my headache. What a very responsible nurse. The staff at the coffee shop were all attentive & superb too. Concierge & maintenance guys were very helpful too. The only downside is Baguio is not as cold as it used to be 30-40 years ago. Therefore I strongly suggest that rooms should be airconditioned for more comfort. In all, we highly recommend Le Monet to everyone.
GGuest UserEnjoyed again our stay at The Plaza Lodge. Also stayed here last year for our annual retreat. Generally, services are okay including the lobby, cafe, room, bfast buffet and their value-for-money shuttle service.
However, the bathroom area (of room 611) needs to be fixed since water is accumulating on the floor and this is a potential hazard and cause of accident because of stagnant water on the floor. Mgt shd fix this right away.
Thanks.
GGuest UserCheck-in was fast, i had to check the room they were going to give me the day before, and it was in the back so was fairly quiet. View from my room was the back porch of a residential area, but was relatively quiet. I needed time to recharge and catch some sleep and that i did! Wifi was intermittent and slow coz my room was at the far end, but at least i didn't have to suffer with people and kids walking by my room( i heard kids roaming around just a bit), and sound-proofed enough. Bathroom was clean, all-glass (door doubled up as shower door for privacy) basic toiletries were provided as well as the towels which faintly smelled of chlorine. I did brought alcohol sprays and sanitizers and cleaned the room myself. Air-conditioning was cool enough and muted all the ambient noise outside (a plus for me), huge flat-screen tv was good enough, but had all those cable channels in a foreign language. Bed was a surprise coz i was expecting a springy or noisy matress, but it was neither soft nor rock hard, just firm enough for my back(had a good sleep), and pillows good too( just bring your own pillowcases). Breakfast was included in the room and i was alone so i had 2 servings, the dried fish, and the sausages with eggs, plus unlimited coffee and juice. Hotel has an in-house restaurant which served mostly Asian food, i didn't ask if they still have a buffet coz they had one before the pandemic. There's a well-known restaurant too in the ground floor of the hotel and i think you can order food there too if you want to eat in. (just stayed away from the crowd) Clean room, clean bathroom, and breakfast. Small luxuries with a quiet room. Reasonable rates. Good enough for 4 stars out of 5 for me.
GGuest UserThe price is actually not bad. Donβt ask too much for this place. Itβs close to
SM is not too far away, cheaper than other places, and not very convenient for eating and other things.
JJennifer IThis is a good place to stay if you need to be in the city area. The rooms are basic. Quite big and clean although it has been built years ago it is still clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The location is the one you are paying for. It is walking distance from Burnham Park and the market, and Session Road. Easy to explore Baguio from this hotel. If you are not picky and just a place to stay after all your busy tours and exploration of the city this is value for money. The breakfast is plated choices from American and Filipino breakfast which was good. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff, even at the restaurant staff were all courteous. Overall we had a good stay.
GGuest UserRoom service was really good, The room was beautiful as well as the kitchen and bathroom, save for the small crack in the ceiling which was negligible,. The location was beautiful and Wi-Fi was beautiful. While our experience was good, every pipe in the suite was leaking, if we turned up the water pressure high, the pipe would spring leak on its side and the water would spray all over the floor, and thatβs for every pipe in the suite. Their amenities said they had laundry but when we asked they said they had no such thing and that we would have to find a laundry-mat, which took us an hour and half to find. We didnβt check out all the amenities but I wonβt be surprised if thereβs no such thing as horse back riding there, since I didnβt see a range or open space of horses.
CChenThis hotel is located at the busy street, Session Road. Mc Donald's and Jollibee are just few steps away. SM mall is just a walking distance away.
The front desk staffs are nice.
Rooms are not so clean.
The price is a bit higher than what I'm expecting.
TTrittle LIf you're after the basic amenities for lodging and accommodations, this facility is perfect especially for family trips where the budget is quite limited. It's already value for money given the cost and the space the rooms provide. The food is not so bad either and is far better than other newer, fancier hotels in Baguio. It is also ideal for quick business trips or office seminars/conferences since it is far from the center of distractions, traffic and hustle and bustle of the city.
