Olive Town Center and Hotel

It's a great place to stay. The location is a bit far from the city. However, walking distance naman from session, Burnham and Sm. The Staff were accommodating and the Breakfast is ok naman. The room was clean but heater in the shower did not function well. Definitely go back.

The room is clean and smells so good. The problem is the towels are kinda dirty. We’ve spent 3Days and 2nights. They cannot ask you to change the towels and rag. They don’t clean your room even trash out the garbage. But the place is spacious and very relaxing. Pillows and bed are very soft.

Overall, decent hotel. Location is 15mins walk to shops and mall.

Location wise,perfect!accomodating staff!clean room and I like the design over all. Will definitely come back to olive!walking distance to all the places I needed to go.

PROS: -Good location near city centre, everything is accessible by foot or by taxis -Rooms are fairly new, clean, adequate supplies and comfortable CONS: THE STAFF HERE, PARTICULARLY THE FRONT DESK, ARE HORRIBLE… All through out the stay they made us feel like we owe it to them, that we have been allowed to stay in their hotel… From check-in till check-out we were hoping for the warm hospitality we Filipinos are known for, but at this hotel NADA… Since the beginning of our stay, we were the one to greet them first, and you could see the annoyance on their faces, whenever we ask questions or help… They don’t have the initiative to greet you or even acknowledge your presence while passing by… We were not fully welcomed upon arrival and we didn’t even hear the words Thank You for staying with us upon departure… Its like settle your bill then just go… They were more concerned if we could settle the bill…I think its not to much to ask, I can see that the hotel is not over booked and not quite busy, Front Desk staff even have the time to gossip and laugh at the counter…This is not to nit and pick, its a wake up call to the management to consider retraining your employees with regards to hospitality, you already have a great location and facility. Sadly it was ruined for us by the staff, where in they should be the heart of the hotel…

Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights here in Olive Town Center & Hotel in Baguio! Very very accessible to places like Session Road, Burnham Park, Baguio Night & Public Market — by walk & by taxi! The hotel is brand new & all the amenities in the room are clean & the staff are also accommodating with all of our requests prior & during the stay. Will be back for sure & recommend this hotel to our friends! Thank you!
