Receptionist staff doesnt focus on our request on the time of check in (join the beds) even requested for 3 times. Upon check in, some maintenace issue like toilet flush was not working and they have shifted us to Another room, however new room provided was so dirty. I have raised the issue and the FO manager (Mr.Miller) assisted us and have given a free upgrade. He secured the cleanliness of the new room before shifting us. Thank you so much, really appreaciate. Breakfast is fine but atleast they should put label on the dishes which has been serve, as some of the guest have some allergies or only eating halal food. Housekeeping was asking for extra money 50 pesos if you are requesting for an extra bath mat even we are staying for long and not even asking for a daily room cleaning in our entire stay. But when i asked to the reception they confirmed that they will provide FOC.
