Disgusting front desk staffs. Service not commensurate to room price per night.

The hotel is right at the center of Baguio fronting the Burnham Park. For some reason, taxi drivers are not so familiar with the establishment when in fact it is just besides the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) office. The establishment needs to have their name more visible from the outside just like the nearby Hotel Veniz Hotel. Rooms are very clean. Inside, the place is so quite. There are so many art pieces all over the place. Beds are excellent: clean, good smell, and pillows with just the right softness. The Fortune Restaurant besides the hotel serves excellent dishes. The lousy eateries and jeepney terminal fronting the hotel is a downside, though this is beyond the control of the hotel management. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay right at the center of Baguio

This hotel has the potential to compete with 4/5 star hotels....the location, service and amenities are top notch!!! We stayed here for a week and even though our room had no window view (I did pick this room because it's cheaper than the other rooms) our room was elegantly designed. The value for your money is outstanding because ur paying for a 3 star hotel but it feels like a 4 star. The front desk and housekeeping staff are outstanding...any request at anytime were met with smiles! Highly recommended!!!

I asked for complimentary water but they didn’t give my kids even just 1 bottle because they said we already exceeded our time but when I got to the front desk they charged me for extension. Not only that, I was in rage, because nobody assisted me nor talked to me when I was in the front desk. Nobody acknowledged me. I was pissed because I was there for some time and I went to the basement and someone followed me telling me I have bills to settle but again nobody talked to me when I was at the front desk. Location was great but staff are the worst! Think before you book this hotel because instead of relaxation you’ll be stressed by them.

A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay close to the CBD just across from Burnham Park. The nightshift/maintenance lady went above and beyond to help us when a nearby hotel had a faulty flood light that was flashing through our bedroom window. The only drawback to this place was there restaurant staff was non attentive and food was below standard for z fortune restaurant. You will find in your room a menu for the Golden pine hotel restaurant it is worth a visit good food and very helpful staff

We stayed here in December 2021 so we already had an expectation of the kind of service we would get. It was a pleasant experience back then bec. of the hotel's awesome location, the wonderful staff, and the surprisingly impressive breakfast buffet. We only paid Php 2900/night then and we even got a big room. It was an awesome experience for us and it was a no-brainer to book there again. Anyway, I'm just gonna dive right into my unpleasant experiences there at Paragon... *The bathroom towels were old and thin. Bleach and fabric softener can no longer save those things. Y'all need to buy new ones. *Housekeeping neglected to give us our complimentary bottles of water. It was only on our last day did I notice that other guests were given water and we were not. *The internet connection while having reasonable speed was at times intermittent, especially at later hours of the night. *The bathtub drain stopper got stuck and the water didn't go down. The knob was useless so we had to call Housekeeping to help fix the drain. *Last year they served buffet breakfast on the top floor. It was something that we looked forward to getting again however this time they changed it to plated breakfast even if the room rate increased compared to the same month last year. I chose the Filipino set with Tapa on the first morning. The beef was tough and the egg was swimming in oil. They didn't even include a slice of tomato or cucumber to add a bit of freshness to the plate. The beverage options were limited to coffee, orange juice, and water. They won't allow it to be on take away so you either eat it at the restaurant or pay Php 150 for room service. *I'll be honest I had no clue that Baguio/La Trinidad Benguet had a number coding scheme too. As in zero, no idea whatsoever. We suggest that as an added point of service, it would be great if the hotel could also inform the guests about it. I'm not putting any blame on them for my ignorance, I'm just suggesting that it would be nice if they can add this to the check-in spiel. It also does not help to tell me that all cities in the Philippines have a number coding scheme bec. that's false – FO Pinky should know better. Front Desk staff should also try to solve a request first before saying NO automatically, or at least make an effort to pacify an irate guest. Not everyone ****** though. FO Leila was pretty cool for calling us when we left an item after checking out (Thanks Leila!) and the Security guards were friendly and kind. Good job you guys! The little things really matter and sometimes it's that stuff that speaks the loudest. If the Management or Owner can read this - do something about it! You have a good (physical) product. Don't let it go to waste by scrimping on the little things.

The hotel is amazing. We booked thru agoda and got it for a fair price. We had such an amazing stay. We stayed in a room with no view. Windows are facing hallway and elevators but can’t complain cause no street noise. But there were furnitures being moved above us late at night which was a bit annoying. The rooms are huge. We stayed in a room with a tv that swivels to face the couch or bed. The only thing that really bothered me were the bed sheets and pillow case, they a bit of stains. Overall still a great experience
