We extended our trip last minute to avoid driving down from Baguio late at night.
For ₱2,084, better Airbnb options with superior amenities are available in the city, especially since this hotel is quite far.
Check-in was smooth, the staff was accommodating, and the unit was clean but slightly dusty. It had basic amenities like a refrigerator and kettle.
The biggest issue was noise. A rowdy group in the adjacent room shouted and laughed until 1 AM. (They started at 8 pm) Despite calling reception three times, they did nothing. On our third call at midnight, we requested a room transfer, but the receptionist abruptly ended the call and never followed up. We were forced to confront the drunk guests ourselves, which we wanted to avoid.
The hotel failed to enforce its own rules and offered no apologies. We stayed up late due to the disturbance and, in hindsight, should have just driven home.
(I have video recordings of the noise but travel.com only allows photos. So I’m just gonna attach their rules that they failed to impose)
