This is our first time with Microtel by Wyndham Baguio. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my family, we had an incredible experience. The area and room are clean, the lobby smells wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also good, the taste, servings, and selection were acceptable. The Wi-Fi is okay, but sometimes it's cutting in and out (we stayed on the lower ground). But one thing made this hotel superb is the people. The staff from the front desk are professional, reliable, and courteous. The housekeepers greet you with a smile, even the security guards are hospitable. The location was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Keep it up 😀

Been checking in here regularly since November for business purposes. This is actually a good hotel specially for a quick fix for a back to back meeting or a long days work. Rooms are clean and necessary sanitary protocols are intact specially being a rooms division manager and working in the industry for almost 12 years i can personally attest that they are maintaining cleanliness on their rooms... Wifi is good though you need to re log in every 5 min of down time,,, though again its good when in use... overall this hotel is really qualified for a 3-4 star review... unfortunately they hired a someone that pulls them down... a rotten apple mixed with good ones... their front office agent named “LYN” made our stay here terrible specially when shes on duty.. (We are having a pleasant stay though when shes on day off or areadly off duty) Take note that we are staying on this property for 5 or more times per month. At first meeting, she even mentioned they dont accept card transaction, as mentioned i told her that im a rooms div manager and i can see a credit card terminal, even offered to teach her how to use it. And yes!!! Its confirmed that she really doesn’t know how to use one. Next is fro a simple request for a simple shampoo, borrowing of extra slippers, all this request are all being denied by this front office agent named LYN... Oh did i forget to mention that its hard to contact the front desk when shes on duty on graveyard? Again we are exactly on point shes sleeping on duty!!! I just dont get the point why does lyn always ask for my id when checking in well in fact all of her colleagues does not do this as im already on their records,,, maybe she also doesn’t know to use the system... lastly we ordered food outside as their resto is close... ever since it is being directly delivered by their staff after the food is being handed to the fo... I dont know if her stupidity struck again and just decided to ask me to go down and pick it up even lying that she only has the guard with him,, after mentioning to her that its always being delivered here on our room, then instantly one of the hk guys gave it with all respect.. To the general manager of this eurotel property, maam / sir, this agent will pull your property down. I really hope that necessary actions will be done. I also understand that maybe she is just hired recently and lack of training is not given due to the pandemic. But being a seasoned hotelier, this type of attitudes are usually untrainable already specially for someone working upfront.. I guess we already know what im suggesting. The guy front office supervisor is someone to commend though adding the new hk male attendant,,,actually all of the staff except Lyn...again a rotten apple on a set of good ones.. 😔

Unfortunately the management was zero rated, due to their attitude and manners of the property manager or the owner, the place is beautiful and NEET the view over excitement, but the roads to that place totally damage to reach, and disadvantages no taxi available and it's away from the taxi stand, but the staff was kind, still need to learn management hospitality and how to wellcome the customer as well as encourage them to most welcome at anytime, no timing rules for 1400-2230pm should be 24/7,this is a hostel or motol or homestay,
Thank you

I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype.
Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks.
My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!

Monaliza Surf Resort offers the best location having located by the beach, literally. I stayed in Room 3, accomodation for 6 with my family. The room has a balcony which leads to, yes, the beach and the party!
Room is nothing too fancy but leaves enough room for all of us, with 2 bunk beds and a sofa/beds.

AabbylvrHad the best time staying with Inn Rocio. Very cozy and homey vibes all over the place. Me & my family loved the breakfast and their restaurant La Parilla. Also, the receptionist was kind enough to give us late checkout. You actually don’t need a fan or aircon in the room as it is already freezing cold because of the Baguio weather. Just wanted to suggest maybe have some additional amenities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner etc. Also, bidet in the bathrooms. But all in all, our stay was awesome and definitely worth it. Will be back again for sure!
AavianeThis is a hotel that your baby boomer parents & titas would like, mine certainly did. Design looks a bit dated (or that's what they are going for?), classic Baguio-feels, but facilities are maintained and staff are well-trained. They even got fresh flower arrangement decors and manicured gardens to boot. Hotel looks small at a glance but rooms are big on the inside. They can even accommodate two busloads of people without feeling cramped, even on breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, theirs is good, mostly Filipino dishes and more. What I liked the most is the design of the room. We were a group of 6 adults, a kid, and an infant, and we fit comfortably on their family room. They have a table which is nice for coffee (which they provide along with tea bags, cups, and an electric kettle). Being with a big group means a longer queue to a single bathroom, right? Not if you have two separate shower rooms and a door-separated toilet, which is a thoughtful touch along with providing basic toiletries. This is one of the reason I would most likely book here again since we usually go to Baguio with a big group. The only cons I see is that 1. there's no elevator going down to basement rooms, which might be an issue to seniors (my senior companions - 60ish, didn't mind the short flight of stairs though); 2. location is a bit far from city center/business district (it's nearer to Wright Park).
GGuest UserWe stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that there’s no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SM’s dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. She just gave a “wala na kaming magagawa” answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a boutique hotel and the theme/concept is good and has its appeal. We arrive after lunch and was told to wait for available rooms. No exact time was given but the girl at the reception was guessing around 3 which is beyond the standard 2 pm check in time.We waited by the reception area. After an hour I notice a newcomer who was able to check in so I went to the front desk about our room. The girl at the reception looked at me bewildered and ask me my name and seems at a lost. Another girl took over and after going through some papers, told us that we had a room. I wondered what would have happened if I didnt ask about it and just waited for them to approach us.
The room is ample sized with an overhead fan which was working well. The beds are comfortable. There was only 1 pillow though which was small. I immediatedly called the reception for additional pillow explaining that I had a medical condition that needed me to be elevated while sleeping. The receptionist says that she will get back to me but doubted there was anything available since they had full occupancy. The girl never got back to me. There was a study table at the corner of the room with access to power supply. There was no AC but this is Baguio so it doesnt matter. THere was no ref. THere was a water boiler but no coffee or tea packs which is chargeable. The bathroom is ample and functions well. Water pressure is strong. There was a pad and a pencil at the side table but the pencil is all worn out. (not sharpened)
Breakfast was at the 6th floor of the hotel. It was light and airy with a good view of the city. Choices were not much but food was good with an egg station, a salad bar and bread area. It was serviced buffet. Coffee was self serve and located in a corner of the room. One negative note here is that the sugar and creamer were served in bowls with teaspoons for customer to use. It would been more hygienic if they were in packets. Isnt there a covid protocol regarding this?
The physical structure (rooms. function rooms. coffee shop) were quite good and as mentioned appealing. However, service is really poor. From the check in part of our stay, to not getting back to me on my request, to breakfast service where the clean ups were done sloppily, much can be improved on. Our hotels have always been distinguished by good service and hospitality and sadly Orchard is pretty off the chart.
GGuest UserI was quite surprised that this is just along the hiway. We only took a jeepney and it has a lot of restaurants, other services near the place as its 5 min walk to session road and SM. The lobby was clean and the place is a old house facade but modern in the inside and the staff were friendly. They had Filipino and American breakfast and a good menu option for lunch. We both chose kare2 and I liked their meatball pasta. Not the typical tomato sauce. From the taste it is peeled tomatos. The only thing that I was surprised of was the room given to us since it was just almost right in front of the front desk. It's good because I can easily go to the lobby. Good thing that the Wi-Fi is strong enough to access my accounts. I only chose the Standard room because it was just the 2 of us and it was just a quick stay. The room itself was clean, the shower and faucet's heater were both working fine but no complimentary toothbrush and thootpaste. Restaurant is amazing and has a garden. The TV is Android with Netflix but you put your account but has a cable too. I can say that we had a good stay. Cleanliness and customer service are still two of my priorities when it comes to staycations. Thank you see you again soon.
GGuest UserUploaded herewith is a photo of an advisory by Baguio Burnham Suites management regarding the LIMITATION in their supply of hot water. This photo was taken inside my hotel room, after I checked-in the hotel. The hotel management should have been honest enough to publish the same advisory in their website. I checked their website BEFORE booking a 9-night stay in their hotel. Had I read their advisory in their website at that time, I would NOT have booked a stay in their hotel at all! When I actually checked-in Baguio Burnham Suites hotel, I discovered that the problem with their supply of hot water was MUCH WORSE that what their advisory admits. The hot water failed literally everyday that I was there. Engineering came twice to try to fix the hot water problem, but the ”fix” did not last! I had to take FREEZING showers in the bathroom twice. This was because Baguio City has COLD weather and there was NO hot water. I asked myself, how about the men's restroom in the ground floor of the hotel? Does it provide hot water? I tested said restroom for 5-10 minutes. NO hot water. I had to check-out of the hotel, after a stay of only 3 nights. I did NOT use the remaining 6 nights of my booking. In a cold climate, NO reliable hot water! Unbearable!
GGuest UserEnjoyed again our stay at The Plaza Lodge. Also stayed here last year for our annual retreat. Generally, services are okay including the lobby, cafe, room, bfast buffet and their value-for-money shuttle service.
However, the bathroom area (of room 611) needs to be fixed since water is accumulating on the floor and this is a potential hazard and cause of accident because of stagnant water on the floor. Mgt shd fix this right away.
Thanks.
JJennifer IThis is a good place to stay if you need to be in the city area. The rooms are basic. Quite big and clean although it has been built years ago it is still clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The location is the one you are paying for. It is walking distance from Burnham Park and the market, and Session Road. Easy to explore Baguio from this hotel. If you are not picky and just a place to stay after all your busy tours and exploration of the city this is value for money. The breakfast is plated choices from American and Filipino breakfast which was good. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff, even at the restaurant staff were all courteous. Overall we had a good stay.
TTrittle LIf you're after the basic amenities for lodging and accommodations, this facility is perfect especially for family trips where the budget is quite limited. It's already value for money given the cost and the space the rooms provide. The food is not so bad either and is far better than other newer, fancier hotels in Baguio. It is also ideal for quick business trips or office seminars/conferences since it is far from the center of distractions, traffic and hustle and bustle of the city.
