The Staffs are very accommodating. The floor area is clean. Though, barado tung CR, mapanghi talaga sya. Tapat name-maintain kasi toilet was shared with every tenant. Walang basurahan, even sa kitchen at room.
Pero malinis ang room at hndi sound proof. Hahahha yung mag kwentuhan lang kau kahit mahina sa loob ng room maririnig kayo. Kaya not advisable for couple na maingay sa kama. ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Maganda yung location. Malapit sya sa lahat ng galaan around Baguio.

G1 Lodge Hotel is conveniently located behind SM Baguio. Just few minutes away from Sky Ranch Baguio, Burnham Park and Baguio Cathedral. The rooms are clean, bed is clean and comfy though they only provide 2 pillows and when asked for extra pillows, unfortunately it is not available. Good that our room has a balcony so you can enjoy the cool breeze in the morning and night and serves as dining area. Slippers are provided so you donโt have to walk on cold flooring or the bathroom. Iron and Ironing board is available upon request. Hot and cold water for shower is available. The only comment is they do not have a full/half mirror in the room and the only mirror is above the bathroom sink.

Baguio Burnham Suites may not be the fanciest hotel - rooms are a bit old (although quite generous in size) and amenities are basic, but it has one of the friendliest and attentive personnel. My aunt had a medical emergency, front desk and security were quick to respond and helped get us to the hospital quick. All our requests were promptly attended to. We felt taken cared of.

This is a hotel that your baby boomer parents & titas would like, mine certainly did. Design looks a bit dated (or that's what they are going for?), classic Baguio-feels, but facilities are maintained and staff are well-trained. They even got fresh flower arrangement decors and manicured gardens to boot. Hotel looks small at a glance but rooms are big on the inside. They can even accommodate two busloads of people without feeling cramped, even on breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, theirs is good, mostly Filipino dishes and more. What I liked the most is the design of the room. We were a group of 6 adults, a kid, and an infant, and we fit comfortably on their family room. They have a table which is nice for coffee (which they provide along with tea bags, cups, and an electric kettle). Being with a big group means a longer queue to a single bathroom, right? Not if you have two separate shower rooms and a door-separated toilet, which is a thoughtful touch along with providing basic toiletries. This is one of the reason I would most likely book here again since we usually go to Baguio with a big group. The only cons I see is that 1. there's no elevator going down to basement rooms, which might be an issue to seniors (my senior companions - 60ish, didn't mind the short flight of stairs though); 2. location is a bit far from city center/business district (it's nearer to Wright Park).

Been checking in here regularly since November for business purposes. This is actually a good hotel specially for a quick fix for a back to back meeting or a long days work. Rooms are clean and necessary sanitary protocols are intact specially being a rooms division manager and working in the industry for almost 12 years i can personally attest that they are maintaining cleanliness on their rooms... Wifi is good though you need to re log in every 5 min of down time,,, though again its good when in use... overall this hotel is really qualified for a 3-4 star review... unfortunately they hired a someone that pulls them down... a rotten apple mixed with good ones... their front office agent named โLYNโ made our stay here terrible specially when shes on duty.. (We are having a pleasant stay though when shes on day off or areadly off duty) Take note that we are staying on this property for 5 or more times per month. At first meeting, she even mentioned they dont accept card transaction, as mentioned i told her that im a rooms div manager and i can see a credit card terminal, even offered to teach her how to use it. And yes!!! Its confirmed that she really doesnโt know how to use one. Next is fro a simple request for a simple shampoo, borrowing of extra slippers, all this request are all being denied by this front office agent named LYN... Oh did i forget to mention that its hard to contact the front desk when shes on duty on graveyard? Again we are exactly on point shes sleeping on duty!!! I just dont get the point why does lyn always ask for my id when checking in well in fact all of her colleagues does not do this as im already on their records,,, maybe she also doesnโt know to use the system... lastly we ordered food outside as their resto is close... ever since it is being directly delivered by their staff after the food is being handed to the fo... I dont know if her stupidity struck again and just decided to ask me to go down and pick it up even lying that she only has the guard with him,, after mentioning to her that its always being delivered here on our room, then instantly one of the hk guys gave it with all respect.. To the general manager of this eurotel property, maam / sir, this agent will pull your property down. I really hope that necessary actions will be done. I also understand that maybe she is just hired recently and lack of training is not given due to the pandemic. But being a seasoned hotelier, this type of attitudes are usually untrainable already specially for someone working upfront.. I guess we already know what im suggesting. The guy front office supervisor is someone to commend though adding the new hk male attendant,,,actually all of the staff except Lyn...again a rotten apple on a set of good ones.. ๐

Unfortunately the management was zero rated, due to their attitude and manners of the property manager or the owner, the place is beautiful and NEET the view over excitement, but the roads to that place totally damage to reach, and disadvantages no taxi available and it's away from the taxi stand, but the staff was kind, still need to learn management hospitality and how to wellcome the customer as well as encourage them to most welcome at anytime, no timing rules for 1400-2230pm should be 24/7,this is a hostel or motol or homestay,
Thank you

Excellent
GGuest UserWe stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that thereโs no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SMโs dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasnโt that helpful. She just gave a โwala na kaming magagawaโ answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a boutique hotel and the theme/concept is good and has its appeal. We arrive after lunch and was told to wait for available rooms. No exact time was given but the girl at the reception was guessing around 3 which is beyond the standard 2 pm check in time.We waited by the reception area. After an hour I notice a newcomer who was able to check in so I went to the front desk about our room. The girl at the reception looked at me bewildered and ask me my name and seems at a lost. Another girl took over and after going through some papers, told us that we had a room. I wondered what would have happened if I didnt ask about it and just waited for them to approach us.
The room is ample sized with an overhead fan which was working well. The beds are comfortable. There was only 1 pillow though which was small. I immediatedly called the reception for additional pillow explaining that I had a medical condition that needed me to be elevated while sleeping. The receptionist says that she will get back to me but doubted there was anything available since they had full occupancy. The girl never got back to me. There was a study table at the corner of the room with access to power supply. There was no AC but this is Baguio so it doesnt matter. THere was no ref. THere was a water boiler but no coffee or tea packs which is chargeable. The bathroom is ample and functions well. Water pressure is strong. There was a pad and a pencil at the side table but the pencil is all worn out. (not sharpened)
Breakfast was at the 6th floor of the hotel. It was light and airy with a good view of the city. Choices were not much but food was good with an egg station, a salad bar and bread area. It was serviced buffet. Coffee was self serve and located in a corner of the room. One negative note here is that the sugar and creamer were served in bowls with teaspoons for customer to use. It would been more hygienic if they were in packets. Isnt there a covid protocol regarding this?
The physical structure (rooms. function rooms. coffee shop) were quite good and as mentioned appealing. However, service is really poor. From the check in part of our stay, to not getting back to me on my request, to breakfast service where the clean ups were done sloppily, much can be improved on. Our hotels have always been distinguished by good service and hospitality and sadly Orchard is pretty off the chart.
AabbylvrHad the best time staying with Inn Rocio. Very cozy and homey vibes all over the place. Me & my family loved the breakfast and their restaurant La Parilla. Also, the receptionist was kind enough to give us late checkout. You actually donโt need a fan or aircon in the room as it is already freezing cold because of the Baguio weather. Just wanted to suggest maybe have some additional amenities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner etc. Also, bidet in the bathrooms. But all in all, our stay was awesome and definitely worth it. Will be back again for sure!
GGuest UserI was quite surprised that this is just along the hiway. We only took a jeepney and it has a lot of restaurants, other services near the place as its 5 min walk to session road and SM. The lobby was clean and the place is a old house facade but modern in the inside and the staff were friendly. They had Filipino and American breakfast and a good menu option for lunch. We both chose kare2 and I liked their meatball pasta. Not the typical tomato sauce. From the taste it is peeled tomatos. The only thing that I was surprised of was the room given to us since it was just almost right in front of the front desk. It's good because I can easily go to the lobby. Good thing that the Wi-Fi is strong enough to access my accounts. I only chose the Standard room because it was just the 2 of us and it was just a quick stay. The room itself was clean, the shower and faucet's heater were both working fine but no complimentary toothbrush and thootpaste. Restaurant is amazing and has a garden. The TV is Android with Netflix but you put your account but has a cable too. I can say that we had a good stay. Cleanliness and customer service are still two of my priorities when it comes to staycations. Thank you see you again soon.
GGuest UserEnjoyed again our stay at The Plaza Lodge. Also stayed here last year for our annual retreat. Generally, services are okay including the lobby, cafe, room, bfast buffet and their value-for-money shuttle service.
However, the bathroom area (of room 611) needs to be fixed since water is accumulating on the floor and this is a potential hazard and cause of accident because of stagnant water on the floor. Mgt shd fix this right away.
Thanks.
GGuest UserCheck-in was fast, i had to check the room they were going to give me the day before, and it was in the back so was fairly quiet. View from my room was the back porch of a residential area, but was relatively quiet. I needed time to recharge and catch some sleep and that i did! Wifi was intermittent and slow coz my room was at the far end, but at least i didn't have to suffer with people and kids walking by my room( i heard kids roaming around just a bit), and sound-proofed enough. Bathroom was clean, all-glass (door doubled up as shower door for privacy) basic toiletries were provided as well as the towels which faintly smelled of chlorine. I did brought alcohol sprays and sanitizers and cleaned the room myself. Air-conditioning was cool enough and muted all the ambient noise outside (a plus for me), huge flat-screen tv was good enough, but had all those cable channels in a foreign language. Bed was a surprise coz i was expecting a springy or noisy matress, but it was neither soft nor rock hard, just firm enough for my back(had a good sleep), and pillows good too( just bring your own pillowcases). Breakfast was included in the room and i was alone so i had 2 servings, the dried fish, and the sausages with eggs, plus unlimited coffee and juice. Hotel has an in-house restaurant which served mostly Asian food, i didn't ask if they still have a buffet coz they had one before the pandemic. There's a well-known restaurant too in the ground floor of the hotel and i think you can order food there too if you want to eat in. (just stayed away from the crowd) Clean room, clean bathroom, and breakfast. Small luxuries with a quiet room. Reasonable rates. Good enough for 4 stars out of 5 for me.
GGuest UserThe price is actually not bad. Donโt ask too much for this place. Itโs close to
SM is not too far away, cheaper than other places, and not very convenient for eating and other things.
JJennifer IThis is a good place to stay if you need to be in the city area. The rooms are basic. Quite big and clean although it has been built years ago it is still clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The location is the one you are paying for. It is walking distance from Burnham Park and the market, and Session Road. Easy to explore Baguio from this hotel. If you are not picky and just a place to stay after all your busy tours and exploration of the city this is value for money. The breakfast is plated choices from American and Filipino breakfast which was good. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff, even at the restaurant staff were all courteous. Overall we had a good stay.
CChenThis hotel is located at the busy street, Session Road. Mc Donald's and Jollibee are just few steps away. SM mall is just a walking distance away.
The front desk staffs are nice.
Rooms are not so clean.
The price is a bit higher than what I'm expecting.
TTrittle LIf you're after the basic amenities for lodging and accommodations, this facility is perfect especially for family trips where the budget is quite limited. It's already value for money given the cost and the space the rooms provide. The food is not so bad either and is far better than other newer, fancier hotels in Baguio. It is also ideal for quick business trips or office seminars/conferences since it is far from the center of distractions, traffic and hustle and bustle of the city.
