Superb location overlooking the lake. Great service, smooth check-in. Comfortable bed with a good shower. Well maintained. The exterior was being painted when we were there. Good breakfast selection & parking. Plenty of nearby bars & brasseries.

First time staying at this hotel, but have known of it for many years and from visiing the town on many occasions. It has one of the best locations in the town and lived up to my expectations.

The pleasant staff superb location and good parking let down by a poor breakfast. Lack of staff meant tables not cleared and breakfast items not replaced

As per a previous reviewer the hotel is starting to look a little tired in places however building work was being done during our stay, although this did not cause any disruption. The staff were all very friendly. The only down side was that milk was not provided in the room with the tea and coffee and we had to go to reception to get milk pods to have with our coffee.

I’ve travelled extensively in France and I usually have wonderful exchanges. And while the room and spa here is acceptable the service in the restaurant and bar. (Crystal I think) was shocking. Literally rude, unhelpful and quite disgusting. She set the tone to ensure any request was too much effort and succeeded only in being unwelcoming in the extreme. Stay but do not dine or drink here.
