Al Posta Marcucci abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile: gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff, anche verso la nostra cagnolina, piscine meravigliose, ambienti molto curati , cibo ottimo. Il tutto inserito in un contesto incontaminato e con paesaggi bellissimi.

Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day.

Io e mio marito abbiamo passato il capodanno in questo Hotel che consiglio vivamente a tutti per la gentilezza, la disponibilità del personale tutto , l'eccellente cucina oltre alle piscine di acqua termale che ci hanno regalato momenti di pura serenità. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati , accolti, in ogni momento della nostra vacanza. Non posso che definire eccellente la nostra esperienza.

Continuiamo a ritornare in questa magica struttura da anni. Un'atmosfera di altri tempi ti avvolge non appena si varca la soglia. Tutto è curato e l'accoglienza del personale è discreta, ma calorosa. Le piscine sono tutte di acqua termale con temperature piacevoli. Un parco molto curato in cui cercare ristoro nei mesi estivi... ... e poi la visita della Rocca d'Orcia. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che sanno apprezzare il lento trascorrere del tempo assaporando tutto ciò che di bello la vita può offrire.

Siamo stati molto bene il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile lo chef Matteo e il pasticcere super top. Un Capodanno organizzato egregiamente con cibo e materie prime di qualità eccellente. Molto Gentile il proprietario il sig. Costa. Anche lo staf della sala ristorante guidato da Giuseppe superbo Unico neo la camera una superior che aveva bisogno di essere ritinteggiata le pareti erano polverose e il bagno non finestrato. L 'acqua termale ottima fino a venerdì. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Dopo diverse volte che sono venuta in questo luogo fiabesco, gestito da personale eccellente in ogni suo aspetto, ho trovato la cucina radicalmente cambiata, non più legata al territorio ma rivisitata in chiave gourmet con porzioni da dieta ferrea. La prima sera della nostra cena sono rimasta allibita di fronte ad una porzione di coda di rospo poco più grande di una oliva. Infatti, tranne il cenone già prenotato, abbiamo sempre cenato fuori. Per fortuna che il buffet della colazione offre ampia scelta ma finisce lì ed è un peccato perché lo Chef è molto bravo. La tradizione è sacra. Inoltre evidenzio che le camere superior, sobrie e senza orpelli inutili, non sono a tutt’oggi dotate di macchinetta del caffè o bollitore e in un quattro stelle ciò è inammissibile, considerato anche il costo delle suddette camere. Speriamo che la struttura non faccia ulteriori passi indietro, avrei gradito che alla partenza mi fosse stato chiesto se eravamo soddisfatti oppure no, questo è un dovere verso il cliente. Siamo tornati al Posta Marcucci dopo 5 anni e siamo felici di aver trovato rinnovamenti che non hanno alterato lo stile della struttura. Avevamo chiesto una stanza panoramica e ci hanno decisamente accontentato ! Aggiungo una nota positiva sulla silenziosita' e sulla pulizia , merito delle signore che svolgono il loro compito con cura e attenzione. La zona piscine e relax resta "unica" e ho scoperto e apprezzato l'area dedicata ai trattamenti viso e corpo, gestita con grande professionalita'. Speriamo quindi di riprendere con molto piacere l' abitudine di trascorrere qualche giorno al Posta Marcucci.
